just put some time into lucio surf maps to start getting his movement down. once you’re more comfortable and gain some muscle memory aim and game sense will follow :)
learn to only ride on the walls, change a few settings, and youre set. like the other commenter said, play lucio surf and youll find your surivability increases tenfold.

her passive allows to change from shout to a heal aura (coincidentally similar to lucio)
They changed the spread on her shotgun, not really a shotgun anymore. Also no damage fall off.
her axe also has knockback now but it does less damage and no bleed
