Hi Jeanine, at 1:10:01 you have relive in your mind the last time you were genuinely happy. and you took that feeling to the present. How will I access that? I don’t remember the last time I was genuinely happy. I just get by, and only have a sense of relief.. of like, Thank God! I made it through the difficulty then I am a bit happy about it. I would like to relive the time I was genuinely happy I did the Long Relax but there is no memory of genuine happiness. Yes, I smile, i laugh when there is something funny. Won’t it be nice to access that memory of genuine happiness?
The Ken Coscia tape volume is so low, as well as your testimonial tape, I can't make it out at all......too bad, I was really interested in this...can you fix the volume, it is just really frustrating
I would say the answer to that would be determined by your RESULTS. I program one state, visualise, feel the emotions and lock that in. Use it. The another scene, visualise, feel the emotion and lock it in. Use it. So personally I have not done many at once, but over time with all the states I've programmed in, I pretty much use the 3 Finger Technique to access any resourceful state. The more you use it the better it gets.
