How to correctly load a Winterhalter commercial dishwasher

In this video, we show you how to correctly load a Winterhalter commercial dishwasher.
Step 1: Make sure all scraps are removed from the dishes before loading
Step 2: Make sure hand soap and sanitiser is kept away from the machine at all times, as this can badly affect the machine and wash quality
Step 3: Stack the dishes evenly using the correct sized rack to ensure all dishes are cleaned properly
Step 4: Use the pre-rinse section to clean any final scraps from the plate
Step 5: Slide the rack in position and ensure the machine hood is fully closed
When washing cutlery, the following steps should be taken:
- Use a cutlery basket insert where possible to wash the cutlery
- Make sure all the cutlery is inserted handle first and is mixed and spaced out evenly to get full coverage. This stops cutlery like knives sticking together and ensures everything is washed evenly.
- If a cutlery basket insert is not available, you can wash cutlery by emptying it directly into the rack. Again, ensure the cutlery is spread out and avoid overlapping where possible.
