I always found the development of this game to be so interesting. Originally a WCW Mayhem sequel until the WWF/WWE bought and scrapped WCW to an original wrestling game called Midnight Wrestling all the way to what we have now as just an idea thrown out there and it being the one that stuck.
Dr. Noob, first of all thank you for posting this great video game lucky for me I have a built-in PS2 that contains all 350 games including Def Jam Vendetta and Def Jam Fight for NY and secondly I can create Briggs in Def Jam Fight for NY I know he's 6 ft 1 and weighs 210 lbs but I did a lot of changes his hair I changed it to the lifted fangs and give him a badass tattoos. Also the jewelry all platinum made from Dog Tags, a light blue Ecko Tag watch to a platinum bracelet level 1, as for the gym where you can train by Henry Rollins, I choose the wrestling as my favorite fighting style the default Blazin move is called "The Springboard" it's combination finishing move of the brainbuster, powerbomb and finally, a powerful kick in the back that send the opponent flying it goes to show you "what goes up must come down" you can add 3 other Blazin' moves, I added the backdrop, Twist 'N' Slam ((almost similar to WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg's finishing move, The Jackhammer but with a twist)) and finally, The Chiropractor"
No they dont.these games made a legacy on the different gameplay.it was a huge success without copying some stupid wwe crap.remaster the games and leave them as is add more dynamics to characters but dont go changingthe whole game
This is how I play this game, let the opponents attack you first and then you counter them. Play in Easy mode first then increase once you are comfortable enough.

Yeah, of course you can. But I don't recommend it because you'll get lesser points than ending the match with KO or Tap Out. Less points = Less Cash Plus, you'll need your opponent's health to maintain in the 'danger zone' to avoid them from kickout. Pinning your opponent will regenerate your foe's health so fast that you ended up need to beat him down again, waste a lot of time in my opinion. That's why I don't like pinning unless necessary.

I tried it a few times but the fuckers keep getting out no matter how weak they were, and also the A.I will always go for K.O 9 out of 10 times; I just deducted that to win by pinfall, you had to play against a friend with slow fingers hahah
@@brianboniuk1072 Haha What's weird is that winning by pinning is more difficult than winning by KO and it gives you lesser points for your trouble. Winning by Tap Out is harder than pinning but at least the game gives you 50,000 points for it.
