I can't wait to make this...your step-by-step instructions are perfect! Misti has become my best friend for stamping straight greetings. No more ruined cards since I started using it.
Another AMAZING card, Kathleen!! You are so inspiring!! Thanks for the wonderful tip on how to get rid of a smudge! Who would have thought you could get rid of those? Only you! :) Thanks for another fantastic tutorial!
Loved the video, and I think you do a great job of explaining, without flying thru it, as well as your designs are beautiful. Thanks for sharing! I’m going to try to make this for a birthday on the 24th of Feb. it’s a beautiful card!
i Just saw this today and was really impressed. I'm always looking for ways to make masculine cards. this one is perfect. AND the window sheets I'd not seen used before. They can be used in many ways. Thank you so much. have a good day. Blessings.........Marianne
I have a number of men and boys in my family so I am always looking for masculine cards, and this one fits the bill nicely . I made it just as your instructions illustrated, except that I put the acetate hiding panels INSIDE the card rather than on top of the front. I like it better that way; you can hardly see the seam where the inside panel meets the inside fold. I may add a length of black and white twine along the fold of the card and tie a simple bow or knot, but haven't decided for sure yet. I did heat emboss the sentiment, which I stamped using my stamp positioning tool in black ink, then while the stamp was still in place, stamped with Versamark and then added clear embossing powder. Thanks for such clear instructions, I like the way you show the finished card at the beginning of the video so I know what the finished product will look like. TFS!
When i get it cooked. I restamp on a piece of paper and punch it out and use dimensionals and cover it up...TFS...great card..hope you don't mind if I case this one!
+Pearl Hudson I thought I heard you, but, of course, I did not listen. At least that mistake was fixable, unlike the very crooked sentiment. Glad you liked my card!
