    Stop! Alert! Much of what you say is correct with exceptions! Saturated fat raises the LDL ok but only the small ldl particles which are the good part of LDL not the large sticky particles! Saturated fat lowers Triglycerides! Canola oil is poison small amounts of olive oil is good! Yes eggs are good! Always take vitamin K 2 with MK7 taken with Triple Magnesium containing three types of Magnesium! Eggs are best prepared better than soft boiled is pouched is by far best with butter or olive oil or even a little water. Shame on you not telling the whole story!!!! Get it right!!!
