Hi, the answer may depend on your protein of interest. First, please see this section of the WB troubleshooting guide: www.cellsignal.com/learn-and-support/troubleshooting/western-blot-troubleshooting-guide#Section2. You may also try searching our knowledgebase using the CST product number, at www.cellsignal.com/learn-and-support/technical-support. If you still need help, please don't hesitate to reach out to our technical support specialists who may be able to provide additional troubleshooting advice (also linked on www.cellsignal.com/learn-and-support/technical-support).

To those viewing this in 2023 or beyond. It is no longer the case that digital imagers are less sensitive than film.

Yes, digital imaging has improved over time, so it is possible to obtain digital images with sensitivity similar to film (sensitivity may vary depending on the imaging system used). Digital imaging is what CST uses currently for visualizing WB results, as it is more eco-friendly and also allows for maintaining electronic records of results.

    In your video,about 4min 10s,it showed the caption:35-40% power,10sec/pulse.
I've got a question here,as i can't get the complete meaning of the sentence.I wish you could give me some advice about the standard protocol about the Probe
sonicate usage in the tissue sample extracting.such as:the setting of the ultrasonic Probe ,the time setting as well as the numbers of the cycle etc. Thank you!
