There was no mistake. He (Hikaru) made a pre-move and forgot it was a pre-move. It just so happens that he mistook that as a move he already played. Very funny.
7:25 look here. Hikaru is moving the pawn to take white's. while the queen side knight is still in his initial position. when that shouldn't be the case. it is a visual bug on the program.
@@roxas4587 no it wasnt, it just was letting him premove again, but he forgot he had already pre-moved. no visual glitch
@@roxas4587 You're allowed to pick up pieces and move them around when it's not your turn. There is no visual bug.
Just write out the moves
1. e4 a6
2. d4 c6
3. Nf3 d5
4. Nc3 dxe4
5. Nxe4
He tried dxe4 before Nc3 was recorded. You can make multiple pre-moves, but they have to wait for an opponent’s move in between. They’re not playing kung-fu/real-time chess.

It was not.
If you make a wrong premove or if you get flagged or if you loose anyhow you always made a mistake.

@@RMichaelHimselfeh if that was the case Hikaru would be more dominant in Classical. He's incredibly and one of the best at doing it fast but I dont think his memory or visualization is outright better than other supergms

About the targeted ads etc... These days there are many ways people get ads. One of them is by your phone listening to your conversations via microphone, another way is if you use the same local network as other people and they search specific words you might get the same ads. This could happen in hotels or cafes. There are many different types of Cache these days and many types of tracking software in everything. Most apps track your input too.
I'm a mobile developer. Your phone does NOT just randomly record you (unless you use some shady apps).
Can you imagine the scandal if an Apple employee leaked the news that iPhones were recording your background conversations, and then sharing that data with advertisers? That would cause huge damage to Apple's brand.

I think it's much simpler - the ad engine geolocates you to Dubai, knows your gender, and estimates your income. Then it looks what other men with similar income were interested in while being in Dubai - expensive cars, watches, things like that. It's a bit more complex than that, but that's the basic idea.
Also I recall than in Dubai you can rent supercars like Ferrari and Lamborghini and that's probably a good ad to show to any matching people.
Of course listening is possible but it requires much more computing power - to process your voice, clean it up from noise (remember, when you talk to someone, you usually don't directly speak into the microphone, the phone may just lie around), recognize what exactly you said, understand the context, figure out it's something you really interested in and not just you saw Bugatti on the street and mentioned it etc.
Definitely possible, but why invest so much effort when there are much cheaper algorithms that are just "good enough".
can i say. as a tech nerd all mobile phones do constantly listen to everything. its rly funny even when you dissable the mic its still listening. its all in the TOS and legaly they can do it for now but eh it doesnt do much and if you install certain versions of android you can dissable it

Can anyone explain in the first game why he repeatedly premoves taking with the H pawn to recapture after his bishop is taken rather than with his f pawn? I know generally it's better to take towards the center of the board but in that position it just seems scary to open up the H file after you've already castled. I'm always afraid of doing that
I'm not sure but the opponent castled on that side also so there wasn't much risk of a rook getting to the h file

Phones are 100% listening in. Just the other day my mom goes "i really want some chips ahoy." Not 5 minutes later i open twitter and it is the first ad
and it is a very recent thing. I have had this happen another time and I do not remember the product. It was something my gf and I were talking about at her house. I go home and get an ad at my house for it.
