EAS Alert Transmission Interrupting Baby Looney Tunes

ik this isn’t my usual content so here’s some context: i was watching baby looney tunes on kimcartoon (im autistic don’t look at me) when suddenly an EAS Alert Test played and it scared the shit out of me lol
I guess the person who recorded the episode also managed to get that in there? idk but I just thought that was an interesting little thing I stumbled onto since usually old episode reuploads don’t have stuff like that in them.

this is most likely from central florida. as orange and osceola counties are located there and the rmt voice mentions a hurricane
