EGGS WITH BACON AU GRATIN - Lareiras.gal

A different way of eating eggs with bacon. With bechamel and baked in the oven. Very easy. The most complicated thing is to make the bechamel.
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 eggs
4 slices of bacon
50 g butter
50 g flour
½ l milk
50 g grated cheese
