Share force is sign depend karta he ki toward the point ja raha he ya away from the point. Agar away jayega to -ve and toward jayega to +ve. Aap ek baar fit se dekho. Confuse na hona he.

What abour when there are 3 coloumn how to decide there nature wheather tension or compression
In such case take V1 and V2 as tensile and V3 as compressive.

Shear moving toward the point is taken as positive and those moving away is taken as negative. I have mentioned it in the video.
