It really does get better i remember being a kid and being abused by my mom phora made me feel so much better I was like 12 to 16 listening too him. He would just make me feel better i felt like we related . I honestly forgot about him till rn March 8th 2021 im just in my car crying too his music because like dang he was there for me loll.

The 'Sinner' pieces are always the deepest in meaning. This song is the embodiment of all the weight you feel when you've been going through it. To anyone else who's suffering and if you feel so alone... I want you to know that you are loved. Once you still have life it means somebody in this universe loves you and your purpose here isn't complete. Keep putting one foot forward everyday. One day you'll look up and it will be easier. And that should make you keep going. Don't stop or turn back.

I felt like this growing up. Tried to kill myself with drugs, Russian roulette, hanging myself, cutting my wrists, being shot, 3 car crashes, being stabbed, being broken, used, stepped on, cheated, betrayed & lied to. Really grew up all alone.
But going through all that... built a warrior.. who still lives the experience mentally, but cant shed a single tear. The pain became old, I became numb, but still look for hope. Though its hard.. I know I'll get there 1 day. Keep yall heads up all who suffer from depression. Yall not alone. I hope yall find the strength to keep going like me & Phora have

I suffer from PTSD due to childhood trauma..everyone I ever truly loved has left me..I gave my everything to these people but am I not enough? Did I do something wrong?...I try to stay strong and provide for who I got now but I feel the whole weight of the world on my shoulders..I check up on everyone but nobody check up on me..I cry myself to sleep almost every night and nobody knows it...I hate myself for the way I look and for the way that I feel..I just want to be happy, I want to be normal like all these other people in the world...always contemplating about suicide thinkin that everyone around me would be better off...I’m tryna talk about all this but it’s like I don’t feel anymore...it’s not hopeless yet but it’s a narrow road...😔😣
