I really enjoyed seeing your giraffe illustration. Did use an airbrush as your art medium? The color blending and sharpness makes me think it’s airbrushed. You are so talented!! What is size of the extra firm cardboard? Can a wood disc be used?
Hi Jaunita, the template for the base is on your Free pattern, and yes you can use a wood disc🥰
Hi Lisa what sewing machine do you use I have two sewing machines and they dont like sewing the double bonded felt on the schnauzer dog when sewing the 2 pieces of bonded felt on the phone holder, plus what size machine needle do you use
Hi Shirley, I have a Brother NS10, however I always use a Jeans needle in all my machines, they seem to handle anything!🥰
Lisa I've copied several of the Pay It Forward patterns and the test line on the patterns is only 3 and 3/4 inches. How much of a problem is this. I have an Epson printer. Thanks for your help.
Hi Mary, Carl here - Lisa’s hubby, try changing paper size to A4 or Letter, you can also try increasing size by 105% Go to properties of the printer to find. Once you find the right setting it will be the same every time. Different countries/printers all do it differently.
Any advice as to how to sew such small curves? I’m making a mess. What foot to use to guide fabric? Help🤔🙁
Hi Cindy, my best advice is to work with firmer fabrics, always interface you pattern pieces it makes those tight curves much easier. I use a regular foot. Practise makes perfect!🥰

Your patterns are beautiful, I have just seen an old video where you made a Schnauzer phone case my grandson goes to a special school and I thought this would be a great thing to make for the craft sale to raise money for the school if I am allowed to use your pattern, and do you have any other dog patterns for phone cases ? Hi Marguerite, No I tend to stick with Animals, however if I had my time over again I would have dived into the world of original Doll sculpting, I love original Art dolls!🥰
