Honestly, i’d be asleep too. Look, I’m a light as fuck sleeper and have insomnia most nights and all but if i have it through my head that “you live in a house of constant noise so shouting in the middle of the night is completely normal”, i’d program myself in a way to shut it all out. That’s how i have survived all those summer nights when my gamer brother shouted in the same room as i slept, thats how Sans probably does it too. On the other hand, i just know a noise that is out of place, like a glass breaking in the middle of the night. My cat does that sometimes and I’m up and about before my brain even processing i have left the bed. It’s a rather cool useful skill.

Canonically, aka Poetax’s, the person that made it, universe,
Bitties are made from soul pieces gathered from genocide runs, so I wouldn’t see why they couldn’t that stuff. Although, it would probably be harder for them to use a blaster as their souls are too small to sustain themselves (hence why they sleep on ppl). They can’t use aggressive magic on humans though, as humans manufactured them to fall into a haze if they break any rules (This rule being, no using aggressive magic on humans).
