It’s probably obvious and something you’ve heard a million times but it’s so impressive: by changing little nuances in your voice-tone, pitch, cadence, etc-you create an entirely new character whose presence and purpose can be established in just a few words. Every character feels uniquely their own, but still cohesive in the narrative and still maintains the originality that YOU bring. You have a really unique way of bringing stories/scripts and characters to life and I can’t help but feel appreciative that folks like yourself are willing to share their talents with a wide audience/a bunch of little weirdos on the internet (sincerely, a little weirdo on the internet)

@@ry_d2287 So, in the previous video, towards the end when the listener is trying to get the werewolf to wear a thrall collar (that's the Viking term for slave) in order to act as a cover in case anyone sees them on the way to the cabin. They would pretend the werewolf is their captive. By the sounds of it, the thrall collar is not just a slave collar but it can actually control your actions and make you do things you don't want to do. The werewolf didn't trust the listener not to turn it on when he wore it, he thought they were tricking him in wearing so they could probably make him walk back to the castle he escaped. (Obviously the listener NEVER would) But, during this the listener explains they know EXACTLY what the collar does and why they'd never turn it on. This is because when they first joined the hunters group, they were forced to wear one as a hazing (bullying) ritual of new recruits. The hunters (like the guy who showed up at the cabin in this video) made the listener walk off the end of the bell tower which is quite a high fall. The hunters not only nearly killed the listener when they first joined, but now also have given them a mocking nickname 'pigeon' a bird who flies, to make the point that they didn't fly, but flailed their arms and crashed into the ground. It's a horrific abuse of power, coupled with the fact they are not sorry in the least about what they did, they think that it showed the listener character was weak and pathetic. So that's why the horrible guy calls them 'Pidge', it's short for Pigeon, refering to the time that for the other soldiers was a hilarious prank but for the listener was a terrifying and painful experience they STILL have nightmares about. I hope that helps! ☺️
As the other comment said, it's a nasty joke about how we "flew" off the bell tower in our hazing. Pigeons are also usually seen as clumsy and stupid pests, which matches with how that guy views us.

The werewolf didn't trust the listener not to turn it on when he wore it, he thought they were tricking him in wearing so they could probably make him walk back to the castle he escaped. (Obviously the listener NEVER would)
But, during this the listener explains they know EXACTLY what the collar does and why they'd never turn it on.
This is because when they first joined the hunters group, they were forced to wear one as a hazing (bullying) ritual of new recruits. The hunters (like the guy who showed up at the cabin in this video) made the listener walk off the end of the bell tower which is quite a high fall. The hunters not only nearly killed the listener when they first joined, but now also have given them a mocking nickname 'pigeon' a bird who flies, to make the point that they didn't fly, but flailed their arms and crashed into the ground.
It's a horrific abuse of power, coupled with the fact they are not sorry in the least about what they did, they think that it showed the listener character was weak and pathetic.
So that's why the horrible guy calls them 'Pidge', it's short for Pigeon, refering to the time that for the other soldiers was a hilarious prank but for the listener was a terrifying and painful experience they STILL have nightmares about.

As the other comment said, it's a nasty joke about how we "flew" off the bell tower in our hazing. Pigeons are also usually seen as clumsy and stupid pests, which matches with how that guy views us.
