- It is time for another weekly vlog in Berlin. I am making art, working at a festival and sharing very honestly how i feel mentally.
Check me out on instagram: / namastehannah
I feel like one of the hardest things when you feel depressed , is that you feel like people will say you’re being dramatic. You’re so strong, not dramatic 🤍
i know that it’s super tough to show our „weaknesses“ and „vulnerability“ but for me who’s also dealing with mental health issues and feeling so often not good, it’s in a way kinda really comforting watching other persons dealing with similar things and having bad moments and showing not only the positive aspects of their life…because often it depresses me even more seeing only the positive by other people and feeling like it’s just a problem i deal with ;) sorry for the little rant but i just wanted to tell you that i like your content and wish lots of good days and love 💌
Honestly this comment makes me so happy! This is exactly why I am showing this. I want to show the many faces of mental health problems and also lift the shame around it. Thanks for opening up and letting me know ❤️❤️❤️
And I hope you get better soon!!! All my love!
this is why you need to stop using social networks, and stop following people you don't personally know... everything these networks were meant to be has failed, and they have turned to showing people in fake situations, with fake looks, and fake emotions... creating fake worlds in which they live... and in reality their mental state is much worst then yours...

From another person struggling with depression- thanks for sharing so honestly about it. It is a hard thing to communicate even in real life, so I appreciate you taking the time and effort to communicate it on film. Sending good vibes your way!
That means a lot. Thank you!!
Thank you very much for everything you are saying. For raising the question that depression should be address as an illness, not a drama. And that you are calling it “healing” like it is a process. You can’t just turn off depression, you need time to let it go. And about how much energy it takes to explain sometimes to other people what you feel. I can relate to all those things, so again, THANK YOU ❤
your content feels so inspiring and healing for me, thank you!🥹❤️✨
aww that makes me really happy! thank you!
Don’t usually comment but this video is so relatable right now. Also been feeling very pulled into depression but then completely fine other days and seeing I am not alone is very comforting. I’m an expat living in Berlin and love your content for so many reasons - not only seeing your creative lifestyle in this city but I find the fact you live by your values to be so inspiring. Keep being you I think you are great!
You are NOT alone!!

Hey Hannah, your vlogs are obviously very popular, you are pretty creative and stylish doing something trendy in Berlin while dealing with depression is a darkness many of us can relate to. In contemporary society. It kinda reminds me of that painting by Ed Munch: "the scream" its all about capturing anxiety & depression *fear those issues are real all around the world.😱 Anyhow I'm a painter, I work part time in a Gallery...so we have a lot in common! Wishing you good health. ps doing yoga is key to good mental and physical health, try simple routines you enjoy...less is more! Sometimes...just keep at it, take courage 💪✨
You are such an inspiring person, thank you for letting us be part of your journey
The necklace is called "The shift"
Thank you Hannah, loved this video. Your content is so meaningful. X
Thank you so much! 💓
I feel you girl. I send you lots of love ❤️ ✨
right back to you
Thank you so mutch for sharing. ❤️
Hey! Hannah I really enjoyed watching your Berlin vlog so so much you inspired me so so much and I wish you reach 60K Subscribers very very soon!💞💫☺️
You are always so so sweet!!
"YOU NEED PURPOSE!" is the best advice I ever heard. Being forced or self-forced to get up, go out, and work on important things that are necessary and essential to society, is extremely important for mental health, at least to my judgement after working with lots of young people dealing with all kinds of mental health problems. Dont do art, try to do something important, skip the social media instagram lifestyle for a year and hustle hard, together with people who give you a good feeling. Life with clear reachable goals, not restless and without a plan. Dont post private images of yourself on the internet, especially not half naked (just adds pressure to the brain). Dont spend time alone, get a purpose-driven job outside of the art/funfunfun/insta/modelling/marketing bubble and spend energy on things that matter, not on vegan yoga retreats and "woke" discussions. Join the police, work in a hospital, build a company that fixes something that's broken in the world. Focus on doing something that matters, dont focus on having fun. Use fun as a reward for hard work. Just try it out, in the worst case you spend a year doing useful stuff, in the best case you did something useful AND cured your depression.
Please dont take this too personal, I'm just trying to give some hints that helped me.
Don't do art ?! I'm sorry, but isn't art therapeutic ?
This is some of the worst advice I’ve ever come across. For all we know she’s created this lifestyle BECAUSE of her depression and the type of work you’re talking about makes the depression worse.
Purpose is definitely helpful, but she has purpose in her art and in the things she shares with her audience. Just by sharing this video she’s doing something for society.
Your advice basically equates too: distract yourself from the depression, don’t feel it, ignore it with work and you’ll be fine.
@@lenabillare4443 yes, as a hobby/ free time activity! but not as a primary job every day. The key here is to find meaningful work, and use fun-activity as a surrounding, as something to calm down and relax. sorry for my weird wording
@@christianhabermann6527 are you saying artwork is not "meaningful"? You might as well throw out being an actor, musician & novelist while you're at it! along with sports & dance.
@@rachaelburkinshaw7160 i think you are misunderstanding the concept (or I explained it badly)! I also meant it as a general comment, not addressed at her personally. it's about finding a meaningful core activity/profession in your life (something that's meaningful for YOU! but usually that's also useful for the society at whole) that gives you stability, a "time grid", regularity, solid social connections etc., and that let's you work on or towards something, and at the same time removing all the useless, meaningless and brain-tingeling things from your life (nobody really needs instagram or 3 boyfriends). the goal is to create stability and calmness in the brain, create goals, avoid spending the day with comfort things (to prevent emotions from flatlining due to missing min/max stimuli), live in sync with your moral values and getting totally disconnected from any meaningless judgement (social media). This concept is also used in resocializing ex-imprisoned people, drug addicts, seems to help with major mental health issues too, and is somehow a key factor in survival rates of people experiencing major trauma, PTSD, abuse, etc. I'm just trying to help here.
So strong!
dear Hannah, I just wanted to ask quickly where you got the tube-like necklace for anxiety from, because watching you breathing through my body already responded, so I really would like to get one myself!
thank you 🙏
Thank u for sharing, i am sure you know psychodelics and for example the content of Vegains/ Mischa. I would be so interested about ur experience with that/ them or maybe even a collaboration with them. 💚💚💚
Regarding breathing and mental health, I found Thich Nhat Hanh's talk 'How to Deal with Strong Emotions' - available on RUclips - really quite compelling.
Thanks for the tip
Liebe die vibes
aww merci
I loved your music recommendation 💫🤍
yaay so happy you checked it out :)
Hi ! Loved this video !! Do you know the exact name of the of the anxiety necklace or have the link to it ? Thanks !!
It is called "The shift"
I also struggle with my mood a lot. What is it that you struggle still the most with considering your body? I think that any movement that brings joy can help more to lift depression than doing some sport just because you want to lift your serotonine level. Perhaps running or the gym can be helpful to some to cope with depression, but when there is no joy in practicing it I think it doesn't work so much and for now I just focus on little walks, some stretching or yoga and dancing for a few minutes in my living room when I feel like it. Otherwise this critical and kind of 'punishing' voice will become louder and I want to practice some more mildness and compassion towards myself instead of forcing myself.
Hi, can you write what kind of patches do you use at this video?

Danke für deine Offenheit über das Thema❤️ was machst du an schlechten Tagen, an denen du aber zum Beispiel Shootings oder andere Termin hast ? Sagst du die dann ab und sagst dann ehrlich, was los ist?
Which festival was it? :)

We all feel miserable but guess what.. we still get up and workout and do the work.
Follow a daily routine on a hometrainer while watching an inspring You Tube video at the same time will build your energy. Move that body.
Ouuu sounds good
You will heal, just stay true to yourself 💜☺️💚🌹
I feel like I am on the right path 🙏🏼
@@namastehannah even if you are not, just trust in yourself,
Let me ask you a simple que,
How did you survive till now, surely the situation is not that worse,
Stay calm, positive and never let that smile fly away fron your face,
Peace and love. 🌹
Maybe she should move to a different country and experience something new, that might help her depression.
The problem is you always take yourself with you.
Did you consider getting a therapist for your depression? Someone professional would be able to help you !
have you been tested for Bi -Polar syndrome
yes, i am not bipolar...although sometimes it feels like it
If you are writing making artin Berlin. Then, show us what you do. Just don't sit there & talk. Or put that in the title that you wanna talk. I don't wanna see a random depressed girl on youtube talking. I have my own problem.
Please document your journey easing into movement! I am in a similar position and need to release the shame of punishing my body so I can move freely 🪷💫
