- Season 3 is my favorite because of the romance that develops, but I sometimes wonder if the romantic arc makes sense. Here's a two part video to help you decide:

I agree, when all the moments are strung together like this, the romantic arc doesn't quite make sense. They seem to jump around quite a bit, but that doesn't seem to make it any less enjoyable. Loved this show back in it's time.

The reason the story arc doesn't make sense is because CBS frequently aired them out of order due to the show being preempted by Monday Night Football when the show aired on Monday nights. If put in the order of the original scripts, not the air-dates, the romantic arc makes perfect sense.

No, sadly, they are not. They are in air-date order.

@@donkeydog7688 he was the reason I kept watching. Season 1 wasn't that great but after watching the whole series season 1 is actually quite good.

I think in season 3 they were doing a lot of flirting with eachother. It so obvious they were in love
One of the funniest couple on TV maybe funnier than Remington steele.i liked the two series but Amanda is so funny,so awkward and she is the mother of 2 boys in the series,she needs the affection that Laura in RS doesn't need in priority. It was a fun show!! And amanda and her mother were entertaining.
And this actually MSK is the opposite of Remington Steel, Lee has a commitment issue he pushed Amanda away. But, in Remington Steel, he want to get close to Laura from the moment they met. Laura is the one who doesn't know, if she could trust him. But Amanda totally trusted Lee with her life and heart from the day they met. I know I did grew up and loved both shows too.
