Yo use de otra página los mods y no es vaneable, bueno no me baneo hasta el momento, ya que los mods que puse el juego los reconoce con sets predeterminados

skins modding is not bannable on Steam as you only can see them (others players wont see them, only standard model).
if you dont believe and are still scared to play with them, you can just play solo with bots and use custom scripts from workshop, some bots scripts make games even better than playing with real players, and you can also play with them completly offline in case your internet stop working.
i myself enjoy more playing with some good custom scripted bots than playing with real people. No shaming, no screaming, no insult, no problem at all but just fun :D

i just add that cutsom bots script allow to play all game mode, including captain mode, mid only, all picks etc... everything is compatible if you use the good script for bots. (and you can also just let the game being bots vs bots and just watch.)
