I've been a type 1 diabetic for 25 years and am currently lazy carnivore. I got pregnant after 6 years of trying and I reduced my insulin almost 100 units a day. Everybody's success stories about carnivore are amazing. Even the people that went from vegan to carnivore. It almost makes you want to cry with how much better people feel and that there is a better way. ❤❤

I wanted to tell u my husband went full Vegetarian/Vegan due to heart issues and diabetes and is now 25 lbs down as well as a Cholesterol drop and his A1C went from 11 to 6. Be careful with meat, especially pork. Heart health and Cholesterol will suffer with fatty red meats.Also different ailments need different vitamins. Be careful. Love u guys and keep the videos coming.

I have a dusting hack for faux plants and flowers. You take a large paper bag (grocery bag size) put, your faux plant inside and pour salt (cheap brand) , close bag and shake. The salt knocks the dirt off without having to wet the plant and possibly ruining it 😊

The weirdest allergy in the world is not lavender.... It's benadryl 😅😖 Luckily I'm not allergic to it but I have an aunt who is!
Also, plant-based diets are shown to help so many health issues from diabetes, cholesterol, to mental health issues. Even including some plant-based foods in your diet can show some positive change.
So sorry about the lavender allergy reaction; my daughter is allergic to aloe and they put aloe in EVERYTHING. It’s so hard to keep up with it all!

I've been watching carnivore diet channels and the results that you see medical wise it is incredible.
I clean my parent's house, not because they can't, but because they rather spend their time doing other stuff. My mom has used the Libman mop for as long as I can remember and I just wasn't loving it. So I decided to get them an ocedar mop. She just recently called me to tell me how amazing and fun it is and when did mops get so high tech. I'm just glad I dont have to bend over to ring out the mop.

Just a few thoughts/cautions on the Carnivore Diet.
It can definitely help people lose weight and those with allergies! Although weight loss would be comparable on Keto, and the allergies aspect is because it is a strict elimination diet. For finding what Bobby is sensitive to, you can do food allergy testing (not too expensive), or simply add back foods one at a time until you find the culprit (for most people it is either dairy or gluten). Also, unfortunately the studies show that many people will gain the weight back after re-introducing carbs, just a caution. 🙁
Also, the Carnivore diet is not studied long-term, and some types of red meat (especially processed) has been show to cause cancer. Also, the lack of fiber could cause constipation and other unwanted side effects. Be sure to supplement with vitamin C as well, if you are not eating fruit & veg.
I think if it helps you and Bobby, great! But just be aware that it may not be the best thing for your health long-term.

Hi Cambria, definitely get a food saver, we’ve had one for 10 years, worth the $100, label with date, weight, contents, I also purchased a weight scale which is great for packing ground beef. 😊

I know when we had chickens, and bunnies, we had a sheet covering 1 side of the coop and wetted it several times a day, plus they had a huge fan, plus we made frozen corn treats.

Great video Cambriea. I 💯 agree that we should pay the extra money and buy the brand name mop. The one I bought was worst than your moms. The handle kept coming apart, the water splashed everywhere and it took half an hour for the floor to dry because it always came out too wet. Ended up going back and buying the brand name one and throwing that one out. Lesson learned.

Great video. Inflation is insane!! Just did our grocery hauls for the month and they totalled out over 3k 😱 buying in bulk and finishing the processing and making the cuts yourself is a huge money saver! Good for you!! ❤
Yes, putting dates on your frozen meats is an excellent idea. I would recommend also including where you purchased the meat, especially if you get it at a different store. This will help if there is ever a recall. It might be easier to use your computer & printer to make labels that you just peel and stick on your bags. If you do a large haul again you could put the date & store on the label and add the item by hand. You've got a beautiful growing family who will have lots of good eats!

You are not strange because I am allergic to lavender as well. I just use plain Castile soap. Actually any soap with a strong smell will set me off. I meant a lot of perfume in.

It´s maybe a very good idea for Bobby to try that diet! Many people says it helps for all kinds of illness! I have tried keto, it´s good ( but hard to keep.... It´s the bread which get me all the time... ) I´m going back to that and then maybe the carnivore..
So far we have done it a week and he has had no gurd flairs and that alone I think is making it worth it.

Glad to hear you're both getting back in keto! Both my parents are in their 60s and do low carb high fat. My dad was diagnosed with a late onset type 1.5 diabetes and uses a low carb diet to keep his blood sugar levels in check. This way he doesn't have to inject as much insulin throughout the day. He is an A+ student by his doctors standards and they've been asking my parents for information on low carb because they've never seen such good numbers!

I use a straw to get the air out of my bags. Works like a charm! You can see the plastic condenses right done around the food kinda like those vacuum storage bags do.
I considered doing that but was afraid of getting meat juice in my mouth lol

Costco is the best place for a vacuum sealer. Especially for the bags. Also, if it somehow fails, you cannot beat Costco's return policy.
I have been wanting to get a deep freezer but I live on a fixed income and for the last 3 months I have been having issues with my car. So it has taken a big chunk of my check.

My sliders are 10 ft high but the dog nose prints etc. are the bottom 4 ft. So im on the hunt for a tool that will both srub, squegie (sp), and do it efficiently. Love my fur babies but boy they are messy little critters!

I've been looking at buying a half a cow and whole pig but have really struggled finding pigs in our area. I think I found a farm for a cow in Bunnell. Our budget has almost tripled as well and I thought Buying from a local farm would not only be cost effective but also better in the long run. Such a good idea to buy from the restaurant place if you can!

I wanted to tell you that I had a Grandma Gloria. I miss her every day.
I have two dogs and my house is 440sqft and I have to sweep and mop daily sometimes 2x. Oh and my windows.. nose prints.. constantly cleaning.. However, I wouldn’t change anything because dogs don’t live long enough and I love my boys so much.. I cherish everything.. except maybe the dead things they gift me with.. ugh 😣

Yes I agree . But when ur saving money for to feed ur family. It's worth it. I bought a pork roast for 5.50 a few weeks ago an when I sliced it up I got 11 slices of meat outta it. It was 4 meals... So yes when I can buy an save money I'm for it.

I buy in bulk when stuff is on sale and if I have enough room for it. I have a question - why do you clean the counter, put the chairs on top of it, then clean it again when the chairs go back on the floor? Wouldn't it be easier to just put the chairs on the dirty counter and only wipe it down after the chairs go back onto the floor?
I do it as top to bottom as possible, so when I do the floors, any crumbs or anything are on the floors when I do them. Buying in bulk on sale is the best if you can
