Of course love love the playing; though this is dedicated to Jen! Besides her lovely awesome uplifting infectious personality everyday starting with Whoo Hoo...Jen's camera work is phenomenal. Steady close up's, artistic directing better work than most Hollywood films. Norms lucky to have Jen! ❤🙏❤😊
Agreed!! Beautiful playing. The guitar is incredible. I can’t imagine finding something like that today. If I could go back in time the guitars that were available for a song… I truly enjoyed listening and whoever ends up with that Fender is a fortunate person.
Everyone raving about the playing and the second song, but it was the first one for me! 🙌 Not always a big fan of Lemmo, but today he made me pick up my guitar to copy that first song. 🥰 Sublime! Anyone know the songs' name...?? P.S. the Tele Deluxe is my spirit animal guitar, (hell, it's my utube handle! ☝️) and 77 is my birth year. _Your ash belongs to me!_ (☝️ Dad pun!☺️)
My main squeeze is a ‘74 Tele Deluxe...and I love it to bits...chimes and sustains all day long. Great playing Lemo, love all your vids. Keep up the great work. Cheers Marty from Melbourne 🇦🇺
Never been a lover of teles, but that deluxe model is NICE!!! Always been a strat guy...when I grow up I'll find one of the even rarer tremelo models. Thanx for the excellent showing.
One of Jamey Johnson’s guitar players plays a Tele deluxe but I don’t recall who it was! Either way he made a guitar with humbuckers make it twang along with my buddy James Oliver who can make any humbucker guitar sound jangly as can be.
It’s the pickups - original wide range pickups or proper reissues made in the same way (or as close as possible) have a unique sound, very unlike PAF style humbuckers. They can do anything - power, sweetness, depth. Seth knew what he was doing.
@@andrewkemp1882 Agreed! Don’t get me wrong the PAF’s are legendary but to me I like the Seth Lover’s are my favorite humbuckers! They’re clear as day too
@@josephgrant757 They’re lovely sounding. Seth managed to make a Fender-ish humbucker. What a clever you. PAFs do something else altogether. Thank goodness we have both.
hey does anyone know what genre these songs are from? or an artist i can listen to who makes this kind of music? this was seriously some of the greatest playing I've ever heard
Pretty cool. '72 i order a FMIC catalog. This was a new model. Never took a shine to them but own a SQ Fat Tele,,,,,more Andy Summers than this range. Nice history, though.
I've been thinking lately (as I watch The Voice), if there were a guitar competition show similar to The Voice, American Idol, etc., would Lemmo win?!? He would definitely have a shot!
I thought this was a deluxe model. When Norm first brought it in and showed us he called it a custom and I noticed that’s what the previous owner had written on the case.
Thanks Jen for the great work! Mike, if I sent you a comb, would you know how to use it? I think you should practice a little grooming. Seriously. By the way, your skill is about ten times better than that previous guy! Seriously!
Love the natural (blonde) ash Telecaster! (Deluxe Tele is a bit of a "Frankenstein's monster" imo, but who cares.) Real rocker! Awesome playing by Michael Lemmo as always. Woohoo! by Jen is always a plus. 😁👍
How can you NOT mention the Ash body..?!! That's my birth year guitar, there - treat her with 'Spect! (It sounds gorgeousness, btw! I've decided I must acquire one. I have NO idea what they'd go for now. Anybody have any idea?!)
Chimey. Humbuckers on a Tele? It's like an oxymoron, yet it sounds good, just not like a Tele. It sounds ok because of Lemo. Lemo's Demos prove you can play guitar without a haircut.
this guy brings out the character of the guitars he plays more than any other "reviewer" on the internet. fabulous playing.
He is definitely the Real Deal….
I agree. He is awesome.

Favorite telecaster ever. Love the wide range hums and the fat headstock.
agree, the deluxe with the hummies is a good allrounder.

Those melodies can bring tears to anyone's eyes ☺
What a beautiful song when he played with both pickups on
Beautiful guitar with equally beautiful playing! love the show!
Best day on the channel! Hope everyone at Norm's has a great Thanksgiving. Thanks for doing what you do Lemmo and Jen!

The world is also lucky to have Jen. She makes the world a better place just by being in it. 🙂
Truly she is the unsung hero of Guitar of the Day.
@@rylieriley yes!!! Absolutely
I could listen to that all night long, superb playing.
My dream guitar
That middle setting melody you played sounded great, sounds so much nicer than mindless shredding.
WOW ,,,SOUNDS UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TELECASTERS REALLY ARE KING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love those old Tele Deluxe models. And it's ash! I think I'm in love. Righteous tune on the bridge pickup. Lemmo killed it! 🙃
Way to go Michael good Choice !
love Tele Tue. ML damm, boy. that was top shelf playing today!
I'm gonna life for this music which you play. Beautiful.
Agreed!! Beautiful playing. The guitar is incredible. I can’t imagine finding something like that today. If I could go back in time the guitars that were available for a song… I truly enjoyed listening and whoever ends up with that Fender is a fortunate person.
Great playing on that beautiful specimen
Beautiful guitar, my favorite Tele ever! I had a '72, orange with matching headstock, really miss that one!
Everyone raving about the playing and the second song, but it was the first one for me! 🙌

My dream guitar, my dream guitar's store, i'll see you one day LA, glad to hear you Lemmo from France
Never been a lover of teles, but that deluxe model is NICE!!! Always been a strat guy...when I grow up I'll find one of the even rarer tremelo models. Thanx for the excellent showing.
Aah! That one would like the company of my ’72 de luxe. What a picture.... lovely playin as ever Lemm...
Love this. That second thing you played is so magical. You inspire me to pick up my guitar. So good
Wow! Far nicer than expected. Brilliant playing too!
The amazing Lemmo and the incredible Tele
Always wanted 1 of these
Killing it
Holy moly I appreciate what this channel offers
Lovely Mr. Lemmo!
dope kicks lemmo! 👟
awesome job as always!
J.D. Blackfoot was a band that was big in the St. Louis area in the mid 70's... Maybe thats it...
Cool
Lemmo knows how to Tele story. Clean sound.
Liked the guitar. Loved the playing.
Lemmo The Looper 😁
Super playing!
Woohoo! Really cool guitar.

Love those video with Bam Margera!!
I Love the Bullet truss rod...
Mike rocking that tele!
Great demo Michael, really showcased what that Tele is capable of- in the right hands. Happy Thanksgiving to all,
Jimmy the teamster from Bklyn
What is that song at the 8min 50sec mark??? Fantastic playing!
It had to be a rainy day in LA today. :)
That's funny, it's a rainy day here in Australia , 2 years later when I'm watching this...
→ _Good atmosphere!!_ 🌧️
Great lemon
Killer tone. George in Montana
In two days I’ll be playing my new Vintera Tele Deluxe in lake placid blue.
Love to know what's on Michael's pedal board
Pedals. . . .
I think I’ve seen a BJF Honeybee as his main drive pedal
Another great Lemmo Demo!
Have a happy thanksgiving to you all. 🍁🦃
At mid-position do I hear New Order's "Leave Me Alone? That's before he starts Blues riffing on it.
what's the first song he played? it sounds great
Happy 🦃 Day, Norm and company! Another great demo, Mr. Lemmo!
You cannot escape that midwest emo sound once you throw both pickups together.
nice ok i gotta couple episodes to do see u in the next one
Would like to see Lemmo jam with Mark Speer some time. Jangly tones for days.
Guitar video full of comments about Mr. Lemmo's hair. Wtf, guys? Who cares? Lol. This guitar looks and sounds awesome, by the way.
Это разбило мне сердце🥺🥺🥺💔💔💔
THE BRIDGE...👍🎯✌🤣

WOOB WOOOOOOB
its funny you say the store is busy and the website says its closed ?
What song was played here 8:52?
Nice fade out.....
Pretty cool.

Beautiful sounds. But why the Shaggy (reference Scooby-Doo) hair? HAHA 😄
I've been thinking lately (as I watch The Voice), if there were a guitar competition show similar to The Voice, American Idol, etc., would Lemmo win?!? He would definitely have a shot!
Problem is nobody would watch. singing shows are popular because everyone can sing poorly.
What's your favorite guitar to play
I thought this was a deluxe model. When Norm first brought it in and showed us he called it a custom and I noticed that’s what the previous owner had written on the case.
The Custom model is a bit different from a Deluxe; tele neck, single coil bridge pup, tele bridge, no cutaway. In two days I’ve one of both 👍
Thanks Jen for the great work! Mike, if I sent you a comb, would you know how to use it? I think you should practice a little grooming. Seriously. By the way, your skill is about ten times better than that previous guy! Seriously!
Love the natural (blonde) ash Telecaster! (Deluxe Tele is a bit of a "Frankenstein's monster" imo, but who cares.)
Real rocker!
Awesome playing by Michael Lemmo as always. Woohoo! by Jen is always a plus. 😁👍
What am are you playing that through?
2:50 Fender Deluxe Reverb

A great Tele 👍 Awesome demo Mr. Lemmo
What’s that first tune he plays?
I want to know this too
Third song?
Definitely a great start to the week! Awesome work as per usual Lemmo! However! Gotta do a Maton!
why?
veruy buckethead esk 8:00
Eddie Van Lemmo
Oh, the three screws, huh?
10:00 is so budgie esk
I was about to call Lemmo the king of elevator music until he busted out the rock and roll!
10:02 happy accident
Chimey.
Humbuckers on a Tele? It's like an oxymoron,
yet it sounds good, just not
like a Tele.
It sounds ok because of Lemo.
Lemo's Demos prove you can play guitar without a haircut.
Lemmo, get a haircut.
Nah bro ya gotta have hair to spare
Rock n roll and haircuts, what a classic combo
He needs someonne to make him wash the oil out and use a dryer.
