You need to listen to LANDMVRKS more! The vocals will grow on you and their guitar tones are always so powerful and distinctive. This song is definitely song of the year for me. Criminally underrated band.

I defer on the vocal opinion much more. I find the scream/sing vocals to be too weak to be a scream so it lacks, and the melodic singing as an inferior addition to metalcore, which--if removed--would drastically increase the genre as a whole. This yell scream fashion took a bit to get used to at first, but I think I prefer it, because it sounds like an epitome of emotional release (much as how we metal heads treat screaming in general). I found this song to be a fantastic release from the meta, it took elements of commonplace, and made it pretty incredible... An elevation of the genre if you will, and I think if any bands want to compete in the genre, they need to step up to Landmvrks plate.
The frie vocal is soooo hard to make sound good. Make Them Suffer does an amazing job just like Landmvrks but God damn you are so wrong about thinking they're eh. Haha love you but this is so good!

Vocals don’t really do it for me either, but they more than make it up for me with the instrumentals. And his gutterals are pretty nice too
