0:02 .That color right there is fantastic on you . Love the gold with it . I was just thinking of how lovely Sege's Jeux de peau smells. Very nice review
Fourreau Noir is my favourite SL together with Fille en Aiguilles. I heard that they are discontinuing the atomiser sprays so you were fortunate to have grabbed the travel sprays (otherwise you have to pay for the overpriced bell jars). I manage to buy a backup and i think that will be it (i've lost interest in the house lately, not too crazy about their current direction).
Yeah, they will be discontinued! I find the bell jars to be to large for me ... I can imagine some collecters would love to own one ... but I agree with you that the current direction is a bit .... boring.
I had to return mine. I could not get over that men’s aftershave/shaving cream smell in the beginning. For a lavender I’ll stick with my lavandes Trianon by Lancôme. Definitely check that out if you haven’t
Great video! I should have gotten this instead of Gris Clair which another lavender Lutens, which is super challenging to wear because it’s quite metallic and a bit harsh. I have the De Profundis in the bell jar that I bought used online and love that one.
How pronounced is the anise at the opening? I am not a fan of licorice so it might be a turnoff. And you mentioned the lavender and tonka going almost gourmand. Is there any resemblance to Mon Guerlain? Assuming not but just asking. You got an incredible price for that! I would have snapped up two of them!!!
I don't think it smells like Mon Guerlain, this is not a floral scent at all. (I assume lavender is a herb?) anyways, It's pretty anise like .... you really have to be in the mood for it, like I said in the vid it's a hard scent to wear and to appreciate. Thank you for commenting by the way :) !

Thanks for the great review! I don't normally like lavender fragrances either but this intrigued me.
Thanks for watching !

Thanks for the clarification. Don't think it's something I would like so I appreciate you giving a bit more detail. Love your videos btw!
