@@mrhoffame I met one guy that stored records under the sink! Yikes! I've been in "threat assessment mode" for the last year and in many ways it prevents tragedy and ruin.
I cringed at the one (at 2:08) that was a long row of records on a low shelf, with no second shelf but a second level of records on top of the first level. On both ends of the row.

I cringed when I saw the PVC pipe over those records. Many of these I can tell are in the basement. Big mistake!
