    Serves 4-5
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Cooking oil ¼ Cup
    -Phaliyan (French beans) ½ Cup
    -Gajar (Carrot) small cubes ½ Cup
    -Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) small florets ½ Cup
    -Aloo (Potato) small cubes 2 medium (80% boiled)
    -Matar (Peas) ½ Cup
    -Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
    -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 3 medium
    -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 4-5 medium
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
    -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs
    -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
    -Hot water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
    -Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4
    -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    Directions:
    -On a griddle,add cooking oil & heat it.
    -Add french beans,carrots,cauliflower,potatoes,mix well & cook for a minute.
    -Add peas & mix well.
    -Add corn kernels,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
    -In cooking oil,add cumin seeds & mix well.
    -Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
    -Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.
    -Add pureed tomatoes & mix well.
    -Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
    -Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates (6-8 minutes).
    -Add hot water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
    -Add stir fried vegetables,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add onion,capsicum,green chillies,dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
    -Mix well & serve with roti!

    -Tawa per cooking oil dal ker garam ker lein.
    -Phaliyan,gajar,phool gobjo aur aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
    -Matar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Cooking oil mein zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Pyaz dal ker light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
    -Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Namak,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
    -Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
    -Garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Stir fried vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Pyaz,shimla mirch,hari mirchein,kasuri methi aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Ache tarhan mix ker ka roti ka saath serve karein!
