After "Less Talk, More Rock" which probably will have you thinking "why is this record so un-even at times? The bass player writes great songs but they don't fit with this band, he should have his own band." listen to The Weakerthans and John K. Samson. Totally different direction but great music nonetheless.
you should do a chronology of the replacements. don't care for their later work, but it would be interesting to see their progression into softer sounds through the drum chronology.
