This art stopped me in my tracks. Mysterious, primordial, past, present and distant future, the otherworldliness and loneliness are profound. Calling back to my roots and deep into our psyche. Recalling shamanism and Shinto, distant planets and alien faces, back to Earth and the interconnection of it all. What a wonderous journey.

Such a beautiful reverence for nature... Colours shading the great mystery like a veil. I love it also when artists have a recurring type of character among paintings, like the human-animal hybrids here. It is interesting to see the variations.
