- Can you do the Geometry Dash RobTop levels while switching every gamemode? They way it works is that the gamemodes are switched that correspond with their opposites in the same kind of gameplay category, and vice versa.

Switching the swing for the UFO actually makes a lot of sense, because they're both gamemodes where only clicking once does something, as opposed to the ship and wave where you can hold to keep going up

@@Peaaaaaaaaaaa I get what you’re saying, but he said the ball jumps farther than the spider but it actually only goes farther because of the speed change. So it was impossible because he had to miss a speed change, not because the spider doesn’t jump far enough.

There were a lot of close calls in the earlier Robtop levels. You really tend to find ways to test the Robtop levels if they are possible with unique changes.
Actually, the second XStep “impossible” part is actually possible. By clicking very precisely, you can click right at the edge of the row of spikes right behind (closest to) the normal gravity portal to not immediately go up, then you can flip and land on the structure. Hope this helps EVW! Edit: someone already said this but I think I clarified better. Sorry!

Possibly, but I think the spider hitbox might touch the spikes making it impossible, just like in blast processing.
Have you actually done it? If not, then we can't actually know.

At 15:40 its possible. You could hit the side of the platform above you with the spikes on it because of the hitboxes, and letting the spider walk into the blue portal to switch gravity

I personally think a shipufo and waveswingcopter makes A LOT more sense, since swing copter is kinda like the wave in the fact it goes up and down, just instead of it being a zig zag its more like a sine wave
but, the swingcopter and the ufo are the only 2 game modes that do nothing if u hold

• Cube - far and near jumps
• Robot - jump pads
• Ship - tight horizontal corridors
• Wave - spammy sections
• Ball - tight vertical corridors
• Spider - far jumps
• UFO - high jumps
• Swingcopter - gravity portals
for wave you can also include tight gaps
Maybe you could do a speed version of this where you change up the gameplay speed, like if its orange, blue, or green speed it increases by 1, and if its pink or red speed it decreases by 1, or something like that.
An orb and/or pad switch up would be cool, you could group togther blue, green, and spider orbs/pads and every pink, yellow, and red orb/pad and swap them how you see fit.
Another idea is to make every gravity change a green gravity portal, but idk how much that will actually change anything.

@XDROIZ they aren't actually 2x or 3x, otherwise you could jump 6 spikes on green speed and 9 spikes on pink speed. I'm not sure what the actual speeds are, so I just called them by their color

However, for parts where u change the ship into the wave, I would recommend just using big wave all the way. Even I wouldn't go through a tight part with the mini wave :(
I like this concept a lot, it was cool seeing the levels that seemed hard but actually worked. Maybe in the future you could switch mini with regular and vice versa

Ball and Spider also can't fly but they change gravity.
Ship and Wave can fly and to control it you have to hold.
And finally UFO and Swing can fly but to control it you have to tap multiple times.

the jump pads and jump orbs send you further in different gamemodes due to some having lower gravity
also there's a secret way at around 85 on theory of everything that allows you to skip one of the impossible parts, and the other one can be skipped with spider cheese im pretty sure
Would you ever consider throwing GD Meltdown/World/Subzero levels into the mix for this kind of challenges? I believe all those levels have copyable versions now.

At 32:20 I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be a wave because it’s a ship in the actual robtop level I don’t think that portal was replaced.

honestly I would say that swing and ship swap because they both curve and you can make them go anywhere in the limited 10 grid spaces. ufo does an extra jump, and wave is pointy, speaking of wave, you can skip almost every portal in blast processing using it. plus when you go directly with the wave and ufo it looks similar.

Clutterfunk is possible. At 17:51 you can double click and cheese until 50%, then you have to go back through the spikes through the normal route.

I'd argue ship is more simmilar to the swing sing there both kind of floaty and 'flyie' and UFO is more similar to wave since the ufo jump kindof aligns with the wave, making many wave parts possible with the ufo

Conclusion: Spider and Ball really don't work in this challenge, UFO and Swing work almost perfectly. Ship and Wave are mostly fine (1 Ship issue iirc), Robot works a lot better than Cube does. UFO, Swing and Wave all had no issues, and Ship, Robot, Cube, Ball, and Spider all had a few (increasing order, Spider worst by FAR).
But as some people have noted, a couple of these impossibilities might be possible (and 1 possibility could maybe be impossible, but i doubt it, since it's wave), but I don't think they save the full section in any case except maybe the deadlocked spider in 2x speed, but spider's still worst by far with or without that. And *maybe* you can do the Hexagon Force dual robot if you land a little later on the slope, but I doubt it. I saw one person claim that you can't actually cheese the Cycles spider, but again, that just makes spider even worse.
Correct me if any of these are wrong.

Xstep is possible beacause if you skip the spider portal at 9% you can stereo extremeness it and do the spider as a robot
At 74% you can go down in between the bottom spikes beacause of the hitbox
Clutterfunk is possible beacause if you double click at 38.8% you can go up tap at 49.9% to resume

the trasition of the ball to the ship in xstep is possible when you changing gamemode you just need to land to the very end of the last spike structure, then you will drop to the gravity portal and boom, you made it. note: the first ball part in xstep is still impossible in normal modr
i did the EXACT same format when i do stuff like this but i turn wave parts into the mini ship
i knew levels after cycles would have impossible parts because the ball goes up slightly diagonaly when gravity changing, but the spider just teleports you
i also made a level called blast confusion, it had the same format as this video, and i had to modify the ball part to make it possible
It’s funny that most of the impossible parts are just spider and ball.
Though doing mini ship as mini wave is so insane. I would not be able to do them myself

I think the gamemodes would be better if they were:
Cube-Robot(Free fly gamemodes)
Ship-UFO(The both have the cube)
Ball-Spide(Gravity Change)
Wave-Swing(Banned in platformer)

Recommendation: Try and do the same for the Tower, but since Wave and Swing aren't an option, you can just pair their opposites together, Ship and UFO. Cube and Robot still sounds legit, Ball and Spider as well.

14:16 This part is still impossible. The spider would switch to the wave, and since the gravity portal comes after the wave portal, the spider would be trapped on either the ceiling or the ground without D blocks, so it would be impossible either way.
And you're sure the wave wouldn't survive it by luck? (i.e. have you tested this or is this an educated guess?)
@@fahrenheit2101 Maybe by luck, but I doubt it since the wave comes first and you can't hold as the spider. So no, I have not tested it, but based on what I know I would assume that its impossible.

If u go for the coin route in hexagon force in the ball section as the spider and hit the jump pad its possible but very hard.
A lot of the spider parts are possible if you land on the corner of the block avoiding the spike to go in the gravity portal
I like how when he every time he focuses up on a hard jump he passes it with no problem
