Good ol times. Vick Jackson and Mccoy and jmac baby. The way mike vick could sling that ball was electric. Shady giving people "crazy work" and djax's dazzlingc speed and maclins play making ability was so fun to watch. 2010 was an unforgettable season. Wish these guys were able to win it all in Philly. They deserved it 🦅
Don't care what anyone says, Vick's 2010 season was by far his best season of his career playing QB. He was the almost perfect balance of efficient quarterbacking from the pocket with that laser sharp arm, while still possessing his still freakish enough speed and athletic ability. THAT version of Vick was Steve Young 2.0. Still bothers me that they lost to the Packers in the playoffs that season. I really thought they could have made a SB run.
Unfortunately, the rest of the team just wasn't up to par. The Oline wasn't that great (for an Eagles team, at least) and the secondary and defense in general was depleted. I doubt Vick would have been able to carry the team to the Super Bowl. Plus, the Bears owned Vick and they would have played them next after the Packers.
5:50 Austin Collie’s hit. One of the scariest I’ve seen. The way he gets limped. Crazy they started to change the rules soon after this season and beyond
It's weird that Andy Reid had these similar weapons last year with the cheifs. Qb that can scramble and take off.. rocket arm and beyond fast receiver with speed all over
That was literally Austin Collie's fault. He turned up field and lowered his head. I don't why receivers lower their head when they should that's exactly the height the defender will be coming in at. 6:24 Manning throws the same exact pass on the same route and Blair White is fine.
@@gracialonignasiver6302 it’s a natural reflex for a lot of players that’s nearly impossible to change lol…. They’re bracing for impact, they’re not doing it on purpose
@@TreWimsical He dropped an interception on that final drive. When he joined the Eagles, he made Eli pay almost every time the Eagles played the Giants.
5:50 I still remember Asante Samuel jumping up and down like he wanted to fight the refs after they called Kurt Coleman for Unnecessary Roughness. I also remember Eagles fans booing loudly then quieting down once they brought the stretcher out for Austin Collie. Once Austin Collie was wheeled off the field with applause from Eagles fans, the boos started again once the stretcher officially hit the tunnel.
This game will always be very special to me. Just look up the actual game ticket and you’ll see. This is a day where my team showed their appreciation to one of their biggest fans. A story I will tell for the rest of my life.
This Eagles 2010 offense was electric and explosive, I mean they always went for big yardage plays in the very first play of the game, when they're on offense that is. That 88 yards bomb to Jackson vs Washington in MNF game then that big run by Shady in this game, shame they didn't got past the eventual SB Champ GB in WC.
If only this dude wasn’t out there killing dogs and living it up. If he took football seriously from the get go. He would have at least two rings. So much talent.
That call for touching the back of Mannigs helmet after a failed 4th down... I had forgot that Brady wasnt the only QB that got every single call every time he needed it. That was an embarrassing one.
I remembered that game from that BS roughing call on the “Golden Boy” on 4th & forever which would have essentially ended the game… I was disgusted with the delayed touchdown signal on the Vick QB sneak play… The refs tried their best to not let that game out of hand… Fly Eagles Fly!!!
Man talk about a sad game for us Colts fans. The middle of a hard year, no Dallas Clark or Joe Addai in this game (they both missed a lot of time in 2010), Peyton’s last year playing in Indy, this game being one of Collie’s last, guys like Blair White getting big time because of injury…just so many emotions here.
The first few minutes are really just a Pat Mcafee highlight. "Drunk and disorderly event in Indianapolis" Booming punt to the 1 yard line, and a huge stop on a kickoff return.
@5:50 that pass to Austin collie was a fumble. he caught it, took 4 small steps, braced himself even for the collision cause clearly going across the middle your always subject to a good highlight hitstick, not to mention there was three eagles diving towards the prey. lol. 💯💯
Vick was basically the Randy Moss of QBs. He was electric and he completely lit up the weaker defenses and had moments where he convinced you that he was the greatest thing you’ve ever seen, but when the going got tough, he just disappeared and all his flaws were revealed.
Man I still relish the Mike Vick era as a Birds fan, he was so easy to rally behind and you could tell the team loved him. Unrelated side note but Peyton Manning should definitely be covering Austin Collie's medical bills man, highlight after highlight of Peyton getting this poor guy killed
Ahh the good days of being a Colts fan......5-3 was a disappointing start back then.....now it's back to what we did before we squandered *2* once in a lifetime qbs

Kinda remind you of the chiefs from previous years .. entertainment wise
Rodgers 1 year where he won the championship. Worked out bad for us we played the sb champ in first game.
CRAZY WORK! 😈 Shady was too nice
Seeing Marvin Harrison and reggie wayne on the field again is a treat. Those guys never drop the ball
Michael Vick was such a dog back in the day 🐶

Glad That The Packers Won SuperBowl 45 that year thanks for the miracle in the new meadowlands

2010 Vick was great but unfortunately a fluke, his best season by a mile. Average QB the rest of his career.
Vick’s passes are just so cool
The fact that he’s left handed makes it look unique
@@StarKushExoticGalaxynot look it is unique.
Vick had an absolute laser for an arm. Goodness.
Theres a video out there where he throws about a 70 yard pass on his knees

Nah fr
Happened to Juju this week and not even a flag. Sad the standard these refs are held to, not accountable for anything.
Dang it looks like the same thing happened tua recently when his hand locked up and froze.
That was his 3rd SEVERE concussion. Ended his career 😢
That was the year that Michael Vick won comeback player of the year award!!!
can't believe 2010 is already gonna b 13 years
Vick, McCoy and Jackson the fastest QB/WR/RB Trio in NFL History.
you mean a quartet? Maclin, mccoy, djax and vick
Desean jackson was such a great deep threat you forget about his intermediate and short game being so good as well. Eagles great.
Before the great Tyreek Hill, there was Desean Jackson🔥🔥 😁🏈
It's weird that Andy Reid had these similar weapons last year with the cheifs. Qb that can scramble and take off.. rocket arm and beyond fast receiver with speed all over
still convinced jackson is faster then tyreek in there primes
I know people love to compare M. Vick and L. Jackson but Mike's arm talent is insane with a flick of the wrist the ball is 60 yards down field.
Yea I feel like vick definitely was a better passer but Lamar is better at running
@@nate1151 Maybe better at throwing picks, at least when he was in Philly. He was a lot better throwing in Atlanta though Atlanta Vick was a monster

That stat at this point should go to Ohio.
Along with the ball from this game.
"Andrew Ried" they even misspelled his name, lol
bro I remember the video they showed. It was almost parody-level how much bigger he was. Andy was a big boy even in youth lmao
Love those Colts uniforms.. more so love the blue helmet
Peyton is the Godfather of CTE with all his hospital passes
Seemed like Collie had a concussion every week, felt bad for him

A Manning Vick classic! Thank you or the upload 🦅

Shady giving that crazy work off top!!!!!!

@@TreWimsical He dropped an interception on that final drive. When he joined the Eagles, he made Eli pay almost every time the Eagles played the Giants.
I remember calling out of work to watch this game lol. Had to see Vick vs Manning
That hit looked clean. He caught the ball and made a football move. Turned up field and took what looked like 2 steps. It was a vicious hit though.

what a great game!! Vick was so fun to watch and he had such a great 2010 season. Mccoy, D Jax and Maclin, that offense was potent.
What a fantastic display of QB talent!
