Las hamburguesas son saludables, son una porción nivelada de harina, carne, frutas verduras y lácteos en el caso de las de queso.
Si se fijan, los ingredientes de una hamburguesa son alimentos considerados saludables: carne, pan, queso, lechuga, tomate, cebolla y algunas llevan pepinillos. lo menos saludable de ellas son las papas, y ni siquiera son parte, sólo son el acompañamiento.

hI Carla, I couldn't understand the whole comment. But there are points that you are right a burger you get from a fast food store is not healthy at all. When I teach if you eat a burger at home made by your parents they are ok but the ones you buy from fast food courts are not. Main purpose here is to teach vocabulary. And unfortunately there is always a response to whatever we say healthy or not. Some says dairy products are healthy some say not :) Best is to explain your kids why they are healthy or not. @@mporras1.7 Hola, no pude entender todo el comentario. Pero hay puntos en los que tiene razón: una hamburguesa que compra en una tienda de comida rápida no es nada saludable. Cuando enseño, si comes una hamburguesa en casa hecha por tus padres, está bien, pero las que compras en los patios de comida rápida no. El objetivo principal aquí es enseñar vocabulario. Y lamentablemente siempre hay una respuesta a todo lo que decimos saludable o no. Algunos dicen que los productos lácteos son saludables, otros dicen que no :) Lo mejor es explicarles a sus hijos por qué son saludables o no. Gracias por tus amables comentarios y tu tiempo.
