I live in the UK too dude, luckily for us France, Belguim and Holland aren't too far away, so we occasionally get to ride the good stuff, oh and weston ain't too bad ;) And I am not disputing the fact that Lommel is insane, as I have ridden there and it is just incredible. It was just that guys comment was typical of someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, hating on America just for the sake of it...
No I'm not disagreeing because you were right, but if you look at the comment you replied to, I was just making a point that just because this is a sand track, doesn't mean its the US equivalent of Lommel, or a hard track to ride; the guy I first replied to implied that calling this a sand track was wrong because it wasn't really gnarly like Lommel is...
Careful what you say there dude, totally agree with the fact that UK isn't known for sand because i live there, and that his comment was totally pointless and stupid. And i also agree that USA have got some insanely rough tracks. But Lommel is one of the hardest roughest track in the sport, along with places like hangtown, its a pretty even playing field.
The US struggled because there are no tracks like lommel and lierop in the US, or anywhere else in Europe apart from Belgium and Holland. That doesn't mean that the US can't ride sand tracks well, Lommel is a seriously tough track, I would know because I've ridden there, its unique, not like riding anywhere else in the world, but Euro sand is definitely different to the US, and that's why the US struggled, not because they can't ride sand.
Man I could watch this all day. So smooth.
The lower than usual camera angle does make it look faster....but Jace is hauling serious tail either way.
Thank you.
Awesome track!
nice track, nice ride!
what is it like riding on sand? A sand track is gonna open up near me and I wanna know what its like first

That pretty much is the technique with sand tracks...
WoW!!! he is fast, like he just killed someone lol thats crazy when you have to slow down to not overshoot the jumps.
@Johnnathon S are you kidding me? I'd like to see you race against him, he would go around them corners as fast as you do hitting a double

Wrong person to reply too my bad dude,
No wonder us got it handed to them in lommel if this is a sand track
i wish i could ride at a sand track in the usa, i would fucking destroy that shit. love sand!

Lol always people talking shit. Get your own bike and show him up then
Has got to be the worst rider I've ever seen, takes corners like a little girl. Jace Owens needs to spend more time praticing
pretty sketchy track
this guy tells ruts to gtfo...
