      Jake Stevens if OSHA wants all this safety then it should be made mandatory that anchors should be installed permanently like this and roofs, especially in new construction. Older structures get them when someone is doing repairs and has to installs them and leave them there. The cheap cost for install will come from the homeowners or businesses.

      yeah - three points of contact and a man holding it at the bottom and the ladder setup correctly, those things are enough to prevent injury - having a rope on the steps is a clucking stupid idea.
