In Indonesia, we call it "telor asin" or salted egg. It's sooo good with some Indonesian trasitional soup like "soto ayam" or "rawon". Or just simply eat it with warm rice & little bit sweet soy sauce 🤤
Or just eat it from its shell like that as a snack haha.

Same with us filipinos, duck eggs have different ways on how we cook it in our country yet we open it the same way as her.
    • The Famous BALUT - Balut is actually duck egg with a duck embryo on it, usually best dipped with Salt or Vinegar.
    • Balut Penoy - Balut penoy is an alternate version of the Balut but without duck embryo, just boiled duck egg (kinda bit same with how Vivian cooked her duck eggs) but it’s kinda have a bit solid texture than it being a bit soft.
    • Itlog na pula (Red Egg which usually appears in Purple color) - We don’t usually cook this in our homes, it’s very similar to how chinese cook their century egg but the texture is similar to this video, sometimes a bit oily or creamy yolk texture which is my favorite. It was cooked and boiled using soil and salt, you won’t actually use anything to flavor it up because Itlog na Pula already has a salty flavor into it.

In Indonesia we call it "telor asin" telor = egg and asin = salt,we call it that i think it because the taste of is savory and the yolk is kind of bitter, and sometimes we use it on maybe traditional traditional dishes for example opor(like chicken sup, that we it in eid Mubarak) or in gepuk (meat that cut into thin slices or tear it down with your hands) and much more
