Nice tips on research. I buy items on gut instinct and so far most things do well.I like to have all sorts of random items also. Trying to motivate and get my backlog listed. I thought of you and Andrea and Ellen as I watched this, I had to have my 8 year old black lab put to rest last night and am totally devastated. I remembered your video when your dog passed, I cried for you guys and have mourned and wept most of today for my girl. Your video took my mind off it temporarily. Thanks for sharing your life and E-Bay business with us.
I'm sitting here sorting through my massive hoard. You've inspired me to set the same goal for myself - to get everything either listed or out of the house by the end of the year. It's amazing how quickly things can pile up. I have a small 3 bedroom home with 2 bedrooms full of "quality inventory". Thank you so much for the encouragement!!
Hi guy's - came across your channel the other day. Great advice many thanks for sharing an insight to what you do. As a newby to the reselling world it's good to see UK based content out there. :))
I used to collect the game and watches also, at one time they were so cheap and all over the place ! Now well I have not seen one in the wild for a very long time. Nice find for £3
Great items there Nic. Thanks for sharing. I’ve found a handful of those Game & Watches over the years but rarely see them now or sellers know they have value. This is what I need to do with my stock, got a massive backlog too some items I’ve had years and still not listed.
Interesting video as alwas but I am curious whats the difference between free shipping and plus shipping? Why sell something for £7.50 plus £2.50 postage instead of just listing it for £10 including shipping?
Hello! I’ve been binge watching your videos recently as 2 weeks ago I started reselling toys on eBay after selling books on amazon for a couple of months. I was just wondering how you decide what goes free shipping and when the customer should pay? Thank you and I love your picking orders and car boot sale sourcing videos!! 😁
Love watching your vlogs so interesting, I’ve just started selling some new clothes that are too big for me but I’m not getting much money for them on bids by the time you pay the fees. I would probably make more going to charity shops and reselling. Great tips thank you for sharing x
Sell similar is a good tip. Have used it before with the key words and other sellers expertise and knowledge. You still have to research but you can't know everything in every category.
Hi Nick interesting video as always. Do you not use the Global Shipping Programme? I'm referring to the part where you are talking about posting to China. You said you will put your own international shipping on. p.s try a bit of nail polish remover on that stain it removes loads of stuff I've found.
Hey dude, that's a huge tat cave! How much of a percentage of stock on show is currently on eBay? I'm asking as I've just filled my wardrobe with stock (games/dvds..not clothes!) And I haven't listed a single one yet....buying is too easy 😂👍🏻
Hi Nic, your transformers are worth more than you think. Do a completed ebay search for revenge of the fallen devastator. They combine to make one transformer if you have them all. Hope this helps 👍
Hello! Saw one of your videos where you mentioned Guitar Hero. If you ever want to bulk sell the PS3 guitars then I would be interested in buying them from you.
What’s your eBay store? My 5 year old is obsessed with transformers and also infatuated with diggers and construction vehicles so would be very interested in buying that transformers bundle.
Hello Nic, I need your help, I have just started reselling through Amazon and eBay, I want to thank you for making my mind up to start it, I sold a Lego set on eBay for £240.00 (On an offer) it has been sent via DPD tracking but the money in my paypal account is blocked, I don’t really get it, do you have the same issue? Thanks Simon
I think with new accounts there is a period of time when they hold your funds, it is to stop scammers starting an account, selling lots of stuff they don't actually have, taking the money and running, once you have completed a bunch of transactions they will release your money.
Hi nic when u sell on eBay do u put in the description that u got them from a charity shop or a car boot because there like 3rd hand at that point and love the vids just wondering bud
@@NicHills Check out my comment on the lonnie live chat, Im sure someone let one rip at around the hr mark. Heard another suspicious sound a min or so later as well haha
Shows big wall of items moaning not listed and then proceeds to show what you've been buying.. stop buying and sell what you've got already. Thousands of pounds in stock on the shelf.
I’m not a reseller. Don’t even know why I’m watching but I’m hooked on your videos 🤷♂️

Oh Claudia I am so sorry for your loss... grief is the price we pay for love.... thinking of you x
That’s a huge death pile! 😱 being a minimalist pays off

Thanks Nadine - once something becomes a challenge, it takes on a whole new meaning, lets do this!!

Just finnished listing about 50 items while watching this, made the time fly lol!
Really enjoyed the show. Thanks for sharing, Nic. You've got some goodies to get up asap. :)
Sell the Woolworths price sticker, it must be worth something. 😂
Nice one Nic. Great quality items there.
I LOVE the Nintendo game n watch too- none to be found on the ground you're right.
Be interested to know what you actually made on that lot in the end... Any chance of a follow up?
I used to collect the game and watches also, at one time they were so cheap and all over the place ! Now well I have not seen one in the wild for a very long time. Nice find for £3
Yes, like many things - people have learnt their value over the years
That's TV is crazy neat!!! I'd be nervous to ship it.
Will you do a Lego sorting video?? Would be interesting to see how you do it?
Yes I expect so when I get round to it!
As always some weird & wonderful items Nic. Gotta love that Hitachi tv combo thingy 😀
Yeah - may take a while to shift that... we shall see

Yes! I am so fired up about clearing out! I love a challenge and this has become one...
I love these videos, you learn as well as us! Good tip on the crockery! Generous as ever tho Nic :)
Thanks :0
Interesting video as alwas but I am curious whats the difference between free shipping and plus shipping? Why sell something for £7.50 plus £2.50 postage instead of just listing it for £10 including shipping?
Oh, my favorite would be the massive truck disc brakes. They would be so easy to pack and ship
Impressive maybe but needs to be dealt with - we have a whole summer of sourcing ahead of us - I need to make room!!
WD-40 is great for removing tape and sticker glue and residue
I had one of those stereos in 1982 seen one recently at local market for £45 and it sold...
Tat Cave - lol Great Vids - Enjoying the show :-)

Hi Anne, glad you enjoy the videos :)
Love the videos

Exactly - use the knowledge and expertise that is out there
That was fun. Have you tried WD40 on the top of the Hitachi to clean off the marks Nic?
Hi Nic, picked up the same game and watch last week at the booty, paid £3 :) your right, very hard to find now. Used to see them all the time!
Great find :)
Hi Nick great vid! How do you clear things that have been sitting on eBay for ages? Thanks
Donkey Kong! What memories
The transformers go together to build up "Devastator" it can go for good money with all of the parts
OK great, not sure if I have it all though...
I have the same donkey kong game and a Mario one them was worth abit a few years ago but have gone down considerably over time
Great video Nic keep up the great work!
Many thanks :)

I use a combination of the 2 depending how heavy the item is - with a light item like the Tamagotchi I will do my own international shipping.
@@NicHills Thanks Nick. Is that because it would be more expensive for them to go through GSP
Lol I'm not the only one stuck with brake discs
The tea cups etc cool to donate to old peoples tea and coffee get togethers. plenty out there.
Evening Nic ..Snap im going through stock, its hard to know where to start ,my looks as tidy a yours lol
Daunting isn't it!

Roughly 20% is listed, we bought a transit van full last december and are still trying to catch up...
@@NicHills always better to more stock than less 😉
What's your eBay channel so I can look at it ??
Hi Nic, your transformers are worth more than you think. Do a completed ebay search for revenge of the fallen devastator. They combine to make one transformer if you have them all. Hope this helps 👍
Had an incomplete scavenger years back and it sold for about 15 pound alone so reckon worth a bit more
Great thanks - couldn't find much info on them - appreciate it
Great video as ever. Those Tony Robbins collections do very well I believe! 👍
Shame I donated a complete set (same as Nic was listing for £50) to charity shop while having a " declutter"! Hadn't even opened them! Gutted!!
Hya,just found you channel and loving all the info. Just wondering thou what you eBay selling page is under please x
Hello! Saw one of your videos where you mentioned Guitar Hero. If you ever want to bulk sell the PS3 guitars then I would be interested in buying them from you.
I never have any trouble selling them so probably not something I will clear in bulk - but thanks for asking :)
@@NicHills No problem! Thanks for the reply! Love your videos! :D
Got any tips to start off for a 17 for some side cash on a much smaller scale I’ve tried charity shops but nothing their and too expensive for resale
Look on sphock/Facebook market place for job lots of toys etc!!

Constant K thank you
I love that crockery but hate wrapping the stuff otherwise would have had it off you
Go on - you know you want it...

Why don't you resell sneakers there's a huge demand these days with so much h profit
Great video Nic 👍
A good way to increase your bank balance is to stop buying and start selling the items that have been lying around for ages.
Round Tuit That’s what I’m currently doing. However it’s not as easy as it seems as most of it isn’t worth much profit
Hi nic What’s you eBay page im interested in a item you showed in the video
None of it is listed yet - PM me and we can sort out a deal
@@NicHills the option to DM isnt there ill try twitter for you thanks marc
Facebook is best
Nic , is there a listing fee when you list something on ebay
Yes
Hey Nic what will postage cost you for those brake disks do you think (just out of interest)

Hi Nic have you listed the Disney mickey yet? Another great video by the way. Cheers.

Hi Nic, sorry for the delay just seen the reply. Possibly shall I email you? Or what are you after for him? Cheers

No, just describe the item as used... glad you enjoy the content
Could be 16th hand, how would you know lolol
Good luck mate.
Thanks Chris :)
Great vid I've just listed more things!!👍
Great :)
would you sell all the lego?
That is the plan.... if you mean sell it all in bulk, yes possibly for the right price.
@@NicHills yes in bulk?
Sell LEGO in packs of 1kg it gosr for about £16 a KG
Yes we sometimes do it that way, will take a look at the going rate once I come to sort and list it all :)
Having a variety of items you must be able to make listing more enjoyable.
i guess it keeps it interesting yes!
You started the video twice haha. Editing went a bit wrong for once. Great vid though Nic
Yeah kind of repeated myself - rushed the edit to get it out :)
