what kind of paint are you using to get the shine on the mannequin? Is it the prepping or final finish especially on the eyes and lips

Thank you for checking out my video🥰I used the mod podge matte, but it still has a little shine. The paint is Craft smart multi surface acrylic paint. The main color I used for the skin tone is Spanish tile.🥰
