I have a china epi Casino, in the goldtop finish. I LOVE it. The feedback is my lover. P-90 raw is her girlfriend. The switch rattles like a ring of keys. I can always lose my keys.

@@BluesRockGuitars Do you knpw the part number for a switchcraft replacement for the Casino? I have taken it out to look and it works in a strange way; disableing a circuit rather than choosing one which is why the toggle rattles in the middle because it is not engaged at all. In the middle position, when you turn either volume completely off it kills everything. I like this feature, and I wonder if the 335 does the same thing? Thanks!

What you are describing is indeed quite normal. A toggle switch will almost always rattle a little in the middle position. Of course with the Casino this is accentuated by the strong vibration of the hollowbody construction. In addition to this, the Casino tends to rattle behind the bridge as well, so it's impossible to completely get rid of the noise. Your best bet would be to take the guitar to a luthier and make the best out of it. And enjoy it as it is, it's these idiosyncrasies that make the Casino sound so good 😊
