To clear the doubts of public, 100℅ counting of VVPAT may be done in 100 parliamentary Constituencies as per the choice of Leader of opposition in the present Loksabha as a special case. It was argued that the EVM is like calculator and can't be manipulated. Hence the number of VVPAT and the votes polled as per form 17C must tally. Otherwise the EVM should be declared as faulty.
How about if the VVPats were not printed, although you hear the beep?

The voter can verify OTP ID number & Election Symbol for which he cast the vote. This will clear the Air.
The entire Voter list should be linked with Aadhar card & Mobile number and All Polling booths should be monitored by CCTV camera.

One politician in Andhra Pradesh used to rig votes in a particular booth, having around 1100 votes, at his native place where 80% people living there are his relatives and same caste, who always supported him. For the last 20 yeaars he used to poll 600+ votes in his favour, 100+ votes in the opposition's favour, 10+ votes each to independents. Every time he used to get 500 + majority in that booth. This time also he did rig as usual. But surprisingly this time the opposition candidate, who is an unknown person, who came to the constituency only twenty days before nomination, who fought on BJP ticket, which has only 1% vote share in Andhra Pradesh, who is not an RSS, VHP, nor a Bajarang Dal person, got 240 votes majority in that booth and overall 18,000 + majority winning the MLA seat, clearly indicates tampering did take place in this 2024 elections.

Yes, EVMs are like blackboxes so voters want a technology that is open to verification for the voters. Better print VVPAT slips along with EVM voting and then voter should put them in a ballot box after verification. These ballot boxes must be counted freely upon request of any candidate. Or Take two more days for counting to count all these VVPAT slips to declare the final results.

ECI was reluctant to give real EVM to opposition parties to study in advance is the reason parties rejected ECI's call. That means ECI know that people who have informations about the real EVM, VVPAT and software used can manipulate EVM and that is the reason ECI don't dare to give real EVMs atleaat for few hours to study.
