OMW - Managing Approvals in the Client Portal

Welcome to One Minute Wednesdays. The Approval Workflow in DeskDirector is activated when a client submits a Request Type with an Approval status. Approvers, assigned via the Admin Console, are notified via email and see the Approvals section in their portal.
