Hi there, you can definitely add more than one category! Just click on the Products page from your admin and then click on the three-dot action menu to the upper right and then click "Manage categories." Then click the "+" sign to allow you to add as many categories as you like! If you want to delete a category, just click to the right of that category and then click the red trash can and Save. Or to edit a category, just click on the category words to make your edits. Just click Save when you're all set. Let us know if you are getting stuck after that!

Hi Laura, you can select your shop's currency under the "Location" section on the Account page in your shop's admin and that's the currency all of your shoppers will see until the last few screens of the checkout flow. They won't be able to change that on their end. Shoppers from outside of your country should see the converted total in their home country's currency at the very end of the checkout process in PayPal or on their card statement using Stripe. We don't currently offer a way to set a particular product as a subscription but we did recently launch a beta version of a subscription feature we're actively working on that allows you to collect a recurring payment from supporters: help.bigcartel.com/subscriptions. In its beta version it might not be exactly what you're looking for at the moment, but it's worth checking out to see if it'll do the trick while we continue to improve and expand on the feature.

You should 100% drop the 1 pic for free accounts and just let them do 5 it helps their page more at the start letting them make money and give that back to yall for more product unlocks. 5 to 50 products I think is to much for 10$ with how much others charge most start out at $30. You could do $10 for 20 product slots then $10+ for another 20 and so on. I love your site but I feel like the free account is hurting me trying to get started. I can only add 5 things (I don't mind that) but I can only have one pic I can't add anything to the description other than text no gifs no other pics. It kind of makes people on free accounts come off as a scam site oh just one pic text only for the description must be fake! I think if you make some changes update what you can do with the description you would bring a lot more people to your site you'd help a lot more people trying to get started and you'd have a higher chance they'd stay with you and not use you to get started then go to a better hosting site.
