For each dupe you get, you get one tear. To unlock the base character, you just need 7 tears (though you'll need 15 tears for alternate costumes). Thanks to the tear system, you can still get her even if you are unlucky getting her just using standard pulls.

you get a tear for every dupe...if you have every character, then you're always getting tears. and if you go for G rank 20 for max stat boost, then...you're probably going to have over 100 tears by the time everyone is G20.
@@asianpersuasion4901 I got everyone, but I stopped there and focused on maxing out the coin, exp, re-roll and delete upgrades. It never even crossed my mind the idea of going for max G Rank. Didn't seem worth it in comparison to the other upgrades that affected everyone instead, when those were for a single character and didn't seem to make that much of a diferece.
