Interceptions work until some clown uses a kick off glitch and your defenders somehow can't get into proper positions anymore

It's everywhere. P2w defenders are always positioned perfectly to make interceptions all the time. Even if the defender is facing another direction they still find a way to intercept the ball or your player just kicks it straight to them
Tbh, It's not just interception. There's just way too many issues with the gameplay which they don't care to fix. The biggest issue is scripting. In match, you can see the skill gap but the score doesn't translate that. Some players just clear the ball for an entire match and still can win the game. I mean KONAMI is not even hiding it anymore. In their latest ig post they basically said even beginner can make it to the global stage. If we're looking for a competitive game, Efootball is just not it. But then again it's not even fun to play anymore.With all those scripting, only new players can enjoy the game.
True the scripting is crazy. It's like the game is taken out of your control in some matches

I tried to get into e football as a new player the scripting in favour of players with better cards got so bad and how I can barely complete a pass in my own box before opponent player just kicks me off the ball was so irritating I deleted my account and the game, never looking back, at least in eafc you can compete even with a weaker team, e football the players move like I'm playing against super soldiers, so sweaty for no reason,the people who talked about tactics I don't see how you even want to use your tactics when your first pass can't even be completed and your player can't hold on to the ball no matter how you maneuver the joystick

I love efootball as its like one of the dominating football games in the market. I also love it for their good graphics and realistic gameplay(not in passing though). But at the same time because of Konami's wont-listen-to-commimity and scripting in the game and P2W, I hate it. They are saying they'll bring master league back after some adjustments. Guess what? They won't realse it until like efootball 27,28 or 29. I really wish Konami fixes these minor gameplay issues and actually listens to their community. That's how you can make any game better.
Interceptions are definitely op..my most dreaded feature about efootball is when you get tackled and the 1st and sometimes 2nd players closest to the ball are now suddenly mannequins for a good 2 secs which is enough time for opponents to do something.

The issues is the reason why I don't play efootball League.No possession gamers only long ball counter merchants who only know the game is about clear the ball until you get a counter.Poor positioning of defenders while attacked.
Bruh let me tell you the reason for this.... The possession game relies on smooth pass play and efootball lags a lot... Unless you are sitting right on konami money server.. Thus possession plays are easily intercepted and counter attacked

Yea I know only passings skills matter like through pass and weighted pass and other but lifted pass accually matter it's the same pass as low rated lofted passes but the cd are so much better when the pass has a better rated lofted pass I swear 💀💀💀
Konami has even nerfed tackling. Man tackling feels so broken. Even my players with Sliding Tackle skill are unable to tackle. Konami needs to work on it.

Yes. You can use matchup and stand in the passing lane but the ball would still pass through. Sometimes it just better to let the ai intercept for you

I’m on ps5 and I totally agree with you about AI interceptions. Sometimes the Ai literally position themselves right where you’re about to pass, they know where my pass is going before I even play the pass. Sick of those p2w defenders, automatic blocks, automatic interceptions, slow defenders catching up to fast strikers, it makes no sense

Through ball barely works against Ai. The player you're passing to suddenly becomes slower or runs behind the defender, instead of in front.
If you pass to a player, the player just stands to receive the ball instead of going after it, while the marker suddenly comes from nowhere and intercepts the ball.
Sometimes match up doesn't work, you'll hold on match up, but your defender would move like they're same sides of a magnetic pole, deflecting away from the ball.
Finally, the Ai waits until you press shoot before they suddenly put in their leg and steal the ball. It's so frustrating.

Stats don't matter. You can have a very terrible game against a less than 3000 rating team and then dominate a 3200+ team easily. The game is unbalanced

Talk about when there's tons of space to play a pass to but your player chooses to pass the ball directly towards the defender.
Have you ever passed to a player and Ai take the pass to another player .. opponents takes the ball counter and scores

The cursor completely goes off, and would be transfered to someone who isn't even near the ball.
Take two phones and launch friendly match. 1 team should have 100 rated players, other team 105. Try to attack by 100 rated players, and don't press any button on defended 105 rated. It's will be hard. Then try to attack by 105 rated, and don't press any button on 100 rated defending. It's will be easy. If you don't have 105 rated, you can do 95 against 100, result will be same. It's not mean what you can't defeat much rated team. But you will challenge not only against strong opponent, but also against strong ai, especially if opponents players hight rated and equipped with right skills
Yeah, especially the toni adams free card. He somehow manages to get the ball most of the time if the ball reaches to the attacking third.

I like the defense. If we like just attack, run and no defense might as well playing EA FC. I remember Konami nerf match up early this season because they introduce stunning dribble & want it to shine. My defense completely useless. I can defend with back 3 (+1) if I want now. Think of more creative way to pass or fake a move before passing to avoid defender to read our intentions, use the imagination. In my opinion this defense system is the one who makes efootball stay tactical than other football game on mobile
this shit isnt tactical, the defending is too easy, there's been so many games where an opponent wins nearly every tackle even though theyre using player with low defensive and physical stats
Tactical my ass. Defending requires zero football IQ in efootball. Just say you can't actually defend. I defend dribblers pretty well without ever using matchup.
I feel like the defenders never lose balance. When I bait him to the byline and I suddenly do a cut back pass, the defender still blocks it even when he is still running (his body is off balance)

Bro my team formation is such that my players play as triangles which allow me to play like 2015 Barcalona but despite this defenders will some how man mark all my players forcing me to either try to shoot from mid line or dribble past them.

@destinyefe8996 I use a 4-1-2-3 formation with the front 3 being Neymar/Vini JR,Messi and phil phoden.Messi acts as a false 9.This strategy is more like 2009 Barcelona.My center backs form a triangle with Rodri(DM) and Rodri then goes up to form a triangle with Dybala and iniesta(both AMF).Messi comes down towards them to form a triangle with them while my LW and RW(both being prolific wingers) go to the box,and another thing is that my Left back and Right back both go to the front taking the LW and RW spots which gives me multiple options and ways to score.

@@iamTravis7 today I played Friendly match of real Madrid Vs barca (superstar).for sure I thought maybe it was focused on one place but what happened next was unimaginable.just at the last minute leading 1-0 Barca engaged god mode to win 2-1.this was f# up.

Match up isn't as easy as you explained. Remember when you use press, your players can actually follow without using joystick. when you intercept/use match up, you HAVE to use joystick. It also has it's margins of error. Wait till match up becomes nerfed, then you'll complain about shitty defenders

This and automatic tackling. Automatic tackling ruins defending. The AI always automatically tackles in a 1v1 situation and exposes the goal by letting the goes through. Konami should fix the game control and learn from EA FC
The through pass is always behind the player with a defender near him and it also lacks power and the player makes the most trash run were there is space in front of him but he runs diagonally to go mark vandijk

Bro please make a video on my league format. This format has made me lose more blood than any fucking injury over the last few years. Like i always reach top of the league but then during last 10 games, opponents turn into prime barca dominating possesion, my defenders act like drunkards and every fucking shot hits the post. I am just tired of this shit at this point. I only play this game because unfortunately it's still the best mobile football game but man every day it just finds creative ways to ruin my mood

Its more the scripting than anything, Im guessing we all have played those matches where like you said, all your passes are magically intercepted not only by de dmf but pretty much all of the opponents players, like sure thing bro, now everyone in your squad is Maldini and Vieira. Not only that but the slowest CBs run as fast as Vini or Mbappe, yeah right. But I used to play fifa back in the day so Im used tonthe bullshit, scripting is always gonna exist in these games. So I try to not be bother by it anymore, I just try to enjoy when its my turn to win
