- Piers Morgan is joined by historian Tessa Dunlop, former Conservative MP Ann Widdecombe, former Royal Correspondent for the Guardian Stephen Bates and former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond to debate Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rejecting Jeremy Clarkson's apology for his article about Meghan. They also go on to debate whether Harry is right for believing that the media killed his mother Princess Diana.
Piers begins by telling Tessa that Jeremy's apology was sincere and should have been accepted. However she argues that he only apologised after there were reported talks to pull the plug on his deal with Amazon. Piers suggests however that Harry and Meghan are hypocrites as they are claiming that Jeremy used hateful misogyny against Meghan in his article - but in Harry's book 'Spare' he believes there are a number of examples of misogyny too.

Ironic that Harry is such a drug and alcohol user, and yet his mothers death is attributable to a driver that had been using drugs and alcohol. If I were him it would be a good reason to go clean. Mr Clarkson has an opinion of how he feels about Meghan and about what he would like to be done to her had we lived in a different era. I don't like Clarkson but 1) he's entitled to his opinion, 2) we're entitled to never look at anything related to Mr Clarkson ever again. Which is what I've been doing for the last decade or more because, realistically, I don't expect better of Mr Clarkson. But we're not entitled to have his job revoked. He is not under criminal investigation.
Can I stop Harry and Harry's wife to be in our faces all the time with every lie and half truth? No. But I can choose to 1) do a Mr Clarkson on them or 2) watch so much commentary about them that I don't need a Netflix, magazine or newspaper subscription or buy any book of theirs and still know everything that's come out of them. Maybe you know even more options.

They might’ve been taking photos to document the crash. As an EMT & combat medic, I know that photos help EMTs & ER staff know what the speed & impact was, which helps them in the first minutes of care. If patients are known to be in a certain type of crash, it tells them important info.
Also, just seeing the patients’ position in the car & whether they had a seatbelt on helps greatly.
Photographers know the importance of that too, and for investigations, it’s important, real-time info. If I was there, esp in the 90s, if I wasn’t needed to help the people injured, and I had a camera in my hand, I’d be taking photos of the car, the people in the car, the road & surroundings.

The only survivor of that horrific car crash was wearing his seat belt..why won't Henry talk to him about that accident. As a London girl, I can tell you the British public were thrilled when Prince Harry chose his bride Meghan Markle and she was welcomed by the royal family too. Nobody even talked about her ‘colour’ or even cared. Was Meghan Markle the first ‘black’ coming to the UK? Millions of blacks are born in the UK! In fact we welcomed a rainbow royal family and our Queen was so good to Meghan, took her out on so many events and they got along well, seen laughing and joking together. He was a popular ambassador who loved people. Their London wedding was spectacular and a huge expense yet that seems to have been taken for granted and all forgotten.
