Here is why everyone else comments or talks about the C1 level:
    1. In Germany people already speak at level of C2 or better.
    2. All the desi vloggers say learn for some months and get B1. What they don't tell: Others from middle east, eastern Europe, Africa, Far east of Asia learn for multiple years in their home country before coming to Germany. No way you can compete with them so little of your efforts.
    3. Day to day conversation requires use of commonly used idioms, phrases, local dialects, contextual humor, etc. Even non native German teachers struggle with this.
    4. Domain specific vocabulary - Medicine, Law, Accounting, Engineering have their own detailed set of contextual words and grammar structures which you learn after your C1 and that's massive even compared to English.
    5. There is just way too much competition now, there is always someone better than you around everywhere. That is why German companies can be choosey because they know they can always find better candidate.
