All my guy friends that get a lot of girls are clean shaven and I've had multiple girls tell me I look better clean shaven. I think the beard meta only applies if you have a weak chin or insane beard genetics.

Just eat beta carotene and vitamin D rich foods and grow a well groomed beard if your jaw is too round.
