- I personally love authentic carbonara
Raw Egg and Parmesan sauce that soft in texture, but bold in flavor
I can't deny more people love this version of carbonara in my home town.
I think because Cooking Cream Version is simpler and easier to cook because you don't need to afraid ended up with scramble egg noodle
You can add more cheese when cooking the sauce but It can be stringy sometimes
I use San Remo Pasta in this video
