M+ Fried Rice Paradise, Kampong Kakak Noodles (by Encik Tan) and the Indian stalls sell halal food. This is a new generation hawker centre with many young Hawkerpreneurs.

been to the mall a couple times but dont know of such food centre. The centre look very well designed with plants! you never eat anything there?
