I don't know big details but he was the really straight member of the group with a committed girlfriend, while Francesco (new dude) is gay, Oleg and Art are partners. Maybe Stas' girlfriend felt weird about him going to all these Gay Pride events for the job and having to explain that he's not really gay. Who knows? Or maybe Stas just was scouted as a potential mainstream star.
ugh @ 5:25 there's too little action when the synth starts in, they're just standing there- i mean i love it but at that section i think they should have done like hyperactive solos, one at a time, like before when they stepped forward
