What would you advice us to put as an end card; is it better to post end card with one random video and one you chose, or with two you chose?

It depends on the video, so if you have a video that is within a serie, where video 1 is covering 50% of topic X and video 2 is also covering another 50%. I would advise you to link from video 1 to video 2. And link from video 2 to either a video that matches the viewer interest or to a video that is also related to the topic. In the end, I would say if you have a bit more traffic, A/B test endscreens. The way we (as viewers) use RUclips develops. So it might be different compared to 2 years ago.
If its just a standalone video, I would say link to a more general video of yourself, so viewers will know what your content is.
