Pro tip with Noisemaker, if you suspect someone of self-reporting a lot, then try to get yourself killed by them. If they kill you and immediately self report, they’ll essentially out themselves as there’s no gap in between your death and the report, meaning they can’t say they found you dead.

If you tracked a person and you see them walking towards a single step task and the task bar goes up, you know that he is innocent.
The noisemaker is the definition of never let them know your next move
I've just realized how much of a counter the tracker would be to the invisibility role.

I was pretty disappointed that you can't kill while invisible as a phantom... It could have made so many funny moments, imagine someone teaming with a friend and their friend randomly dies out of nowhere lol

This one time in Polus the impostor sabotaged reactors on 4 and tried to do a sneaky kill on me because i fixed the other side, however i was the noisemaker so it alerted the other 2 and it was GG for the impostor. Definitely a game saver in situations like these lol
Here's a tip to stop trackers: only kill when you are on the exact same spot as someone, so it looks like you are walking normally.
Tip to beat this as tracker: closely follow your sus and see if they have killed, if there is a dead body in the path they went through then there's like a 99% chance it's the sus
The noise maker can be used to avoid being killed or to create a strategy and get yourself killed in front of everyone, and it is also very risky because the impostor can escape very easily.I would put the role as the most common and the one that most people have.
Doesn't matter if the imp escapes if you know the locations of most of them. You would have a shortlist. Then you say the trackers to track these shortlists.

i actually had role ideas in 2022 back then, here:
New idea role:
*INTERCEPTOR* (Levelled-up Impostor)
-If someone reports a body that the interceptor has kiled, it will call a _sabotage meeting._
-Sabotage meetings have anonymous voting, with only 30secs discussion time, and no indicator who reported the body.
-It will be best if during the sabotage meeting, the lights are blinking red.

_New Mod Idea:_
*SWITCH* (Who keeps flipping switches?)
-In this, the sheriff, jester, doctor, terminator, and detective are involved.
-There will be 1 (if you want), or 2 impostors in which they do not know each other.
-Everytime the impostor kills someone, the roles will be switched randomly to every player.
-This will cause the ship to be chaotic everytime the impostor finishes someone.
I hope this will be noticed.

New role idea:
*MEDIC* (Specialized Crewmate)
-Medic is a crewmate who can revive a fellow crewmate's dead body.
-The Medic drags the body into medbay for revival.
-The revived crewmate could not speak the entire game after he was revived.
-The revival cooldown of the medic is 1min.

_New Role Idea:_
*ALARM* (Loud & Tracker Crewmate)
-If this crewmate was killed, he will make a loud sound alarm for 10 seconds after 5 seconds of dying.
-Also the dead body will spill a blood circle on the floor leaving a footprint traces that the impostor has left that will last for 4secs.
-This role will make the impostors to react how quickly they can get out of this crime.

It would be really funny if you could choose the music you play when you’re killed as the noisemaker, like some one chooses last breath and freaks the imposter out

for the first tip on tracker, it's more likely that someone stopped moving to do a task rather than got killed
in fact, if the person you're tracking DOESN'T stop moving, there's a good chance they're an impostor
(and if they stop at a location where you know there's a utility there (admin map, cams, etc.), that doesn't mean you can clear them since impostors can use these too)
You gotta locations where you know there aren’t any tasks nearby.

As if you were reading my thoughts, when I was Shapeshifter time was almost up, I would jump into the ventilation hole so that no one would see me go back to how I was.
2:55 i think u should tell everyone because of impostor knew u was noisemaker he not gonna kill u, maybe if we get noisemaker just lie and say i was tracker or another crewmate role to make impostor kill u and maybe he get caught.because noisemaker role is use when u die

Setting-specific tip: if imposters cannot hear the noisemaker, those who didn't react to the alert and/or inaccurately name the corpse location are more likely to be one.

Also i wish you could kill as phantom during invisibility, but ig that would be too overpowered and would break the game too much, + we have shapeshifter anyway lol. Good video btw, looking forward to more videos of this update. This update has leveled up the game a bit, def one of my favorite updates.
With the tracker you can see if someone teleports, it means they used a window. And if they already said in the game who the engineer is, the better
1:02 While yes, this is a sign of someone killing. It can also be the person lagging or you lagging. don’t go into the next meeting and say they teleported if there is no body.

When the noisemaker dies, you can quickly discard the ones that were close to you when the body is reported, this way you can take out the one you think is if luckily there were only 2 that were not with anyone

What I noticed while playing today is that some players actually didn't know that they can't kill while invisible, they try to do so and think that the game is bugged. Maybe this will help them if they never read the "How To Play".
It's as if you were reading my thoughts. When I was shapeshifter, I would jump into the ventilation hole so that no one would see me transforming, and I would keep uncheft with that fungus the giant
Noisemaker is very interesting for mind games.
Real Noismakers probably want to stay near but not WITH others, to get killed and get the killer caught. That or somewhere risky but useful, like camping cams/admin/door logs. If an imp wants to kill you there but doesn't call comms first, those are quick and easy places for others to check.
Other crewmates and even impostors may want to fake claim Noisemaker. Impostors so they can say later that they are alive because imps are too afraid to kill them. Crewmates so they can make impostors afraid to kill them (i.e. a Tracker false claiming Noismaker early then revealing that they were actually tracking people and caught a killer.)
For the crewmates though, beware. All impostors need to do to silence you (or target someone who claimed Noisemaker) is call comms sabotage before killing. No one will hear you squeak.
Just a tip, phantom's got animation played when they're going to be invisible, and their animation color depends on the player's color, so if u spot a phantom animation, remember the color of the animation

If I were noisemaker I'd try to follow someone who's not in the group in order to make it harder for the imp to self-report, as well as making it herd for an imp to run away from killing me if there's only one way out. People will look for my sound and see exactly one dude there, and oops! he's caught!

Today someone was chasing me and I thought he was an impostor but it turns out he was a tracker. And I guess the Track feature cannot be used while moving (my friend who plays on mobile told me)

TIP: Tracker role can be counter by sabotaging "Communication" it will make tracker immediately untrack someone and unable to use ability until Communication is fixed.

Some very good tips but I would probably keep quiet about being noisemaker and just bait imps into killing you while not giving them an easy exit point.
I feel like it’s better not to tell people you’re the noisemaker, you know, catch them off guard

Phantom tip:While you are invisible you can appear right next to someone and before they can run away just kill them.
pro tip with phantom you can move while the vanish and unvanish animation is happening
Tracker is gonna be my favorite crewmate role, as it basically gives me a version of the Admin Table (the one that tracks people’s locations but doesn’t show color), which is my most favorite way to deduce who the impostors are.
Essentially, a portable Admin like Scientist's portable Vitals. Maybe the Sheriff could have portable Security?

Holy i dleeted aming us a while ago because new roles werent interesting but this update is bringing me back imwill redownload aming us!
One way to use noise-maker is to let everyone know where you were last seen and with whom, so when you get killed (as the imposter doesn't know you were the noise maker) everyone will go to see who died and know who it was, because you and they were there
It is a bit complicated but you get the idea
The crewmate roles really feel like they were so op that they needed to add an op impostor role

With the Noisemaker role, you can tell everyone you have it if you don't want to get killed, but don't say anything about it if you want your ability to be used for the crew's good.
Idea for another role for the killer
The Reaper
Have the ability to make no noise when killing and the body will not be visible for 5 seconds after the kill
After the 5 seconds the body will be visible and the normal kill noise will play out
These are two seperate buttons from the normal kill one and has a cooldown as the host you can reduce the cooldown but only up to 10 deconds the default timer being 40
That's it
Another tip for tracker. If the person Disepears on the map ,they vented
1:42 spy time so another tip/tips can be create paranoia and try to control it ,plan kills and work with your teammate.

for noisemaker id argue you WANT to die. if someone is suspected to be imp, u can just follow them straight out of the gate, people would know that you died and you were last with said person

Im not sure if this works, but if you are a tracker and see shapeshifter kill, you can immediately track the shapeshifter to reveal their identity
Yes i wondered that. When you track someone then he shapeshifted. Will you see his shapeshift on the map? For example you tracked yellow then you saw yellow became black. This means yellow shapeshifted into black or black u shapeshifted from yellow. Or maybe it doesn't change so when you see black walking but you see on the map it's yellow it means yellow shapeshifter

I try to put myself in perfect spots for the impostor to kill me which will end up as bad for the impostor when they do. And besides, it’s much easier to do tasks as a ghost.
