JJ resorts is in Shamshi... like right next to Bhuntar.. we have some fond memories of the place... do share the video of inside if u made any.. btw you can zoom and take pics of the bijli mahadev temple from jj resort.. its on the hill on the left when looking out the window

I did this trip today on bike. Langsa - Kaza - Losar - Manali. The road was so bad and the water streams were very strong. Think twice before going here especially solo.
I visit on 14/07 in whole Spiti Trip i found toughest road ws Batal to Manali nd Sangla to Chitkul.
Yes Gramphu to Losar is the worst. Totally rocks and water...thanks

Love seeing narrow mountain road trips, and you only had to back up once. At the beginning of the video you said something about a shortcut. Did you take it? Thanks for showing the map it helps me understand where you traveled.Your wife is a good video co-host.
Thanks. Yes we did take the shortcut. It was in same scene of my narration. We took a left and literally climbed by the hill sideways. Though due to camera angle might not be very clear but it was extremely steep..

Via Shimla roads are good. Via manali its pathetic. Expect some bumps and bruises on underbody there. Rest is okk

Is it safe to take 6 year baby at kunzum pass?
If any breathing problem at kunzum can I get medical help from military camp?
Yes it's ok for a 6yrs old. There is nothing much to do at Kunzum. You probably won't stay there for more than 30 mins.. so lack of oxygen wont be much of a problem.
I have seen such behaviour by taxi drivers rarely though, in Uttarakhand too. But road doesn't belong to them only, it belongs to all Indians.
It's a common problem with commercial vehicle owners there. They don't like people who bring their own cars..
Himachal cab drivers are very bad..they never give way to others..so happy to drag 2 wheelers off the road..
