The culture he mentioned, is what we called "Sanatana Sanskriti". Our Sanatana Sanskriti allows a atheist to be recognized as a saint. He also fairly noted that we are not just democracy because of a written constitution but it is in our inherent nature to behave democratic which we can attribute to our 5000 years old Indic history. The fact that we don't bound anyone to a particular book or ideology, we allow dissent and welcome every other thoughts and ideas are very aspects of Sanatana Sanskriti.

That’s a black and white fallacy
It’s not necessary to love your country just because your born in it , for example his justification for the necessity of loving ones country is solely based on ones birth in that’s country in other words he means to say one should love what he’s born with .
But the question is why ? For example a guy being born blind or with any form of physical or mental disability is supposed to love that condition he’s born with ? A child is supposed to love his father even if he was a rap₹it’s, or a murders because that’s the natural state he’s born with , similarly a person born in a country can also a right to hate his county because of its negative aspects . His justification for patriotism is flawed … really stupid justification. It’s really sad to see people who think he’s a rational but he’s everything other than that .
True.. His logic can be used in case of caste too then anyone can be proud or love his caste because he was born in a particular caste.. I myself believe in inviduality and don't believe in any type of identity nationality , religion or anything , because I didn't chose to born in a particular country why I should love or be proud of country just because I was born in that country..
